Citizens of the Netherlands,

With another week swinging by, we are bringing you week 13 of The Green Berets. Unlike previous renditions of the Program we have expanded the rewarding system to be progressive, responsive and bigger. We recognize the fact that the eNetherlands need to improve its metrics on the Ground and work towards accruing new Legends. Hopefully a more satisfying Program based on accomplishment will archive just that! This is, however, just a first step in reforming the 'Green Beret' Program as further improvements will be made in addition to help those with the most potential to rank up!

To summarize the NEW rules
* This will be fine-tuned in the following weeks

* Each month there will be a pool of 1000 Q7 Weapons (earned by our communes) + 100 000 CC (similar to the 'Flying Dutchman' Program). This means - without private donations - 250 Q7 + 25 000 CC a week.
* Dutch soldiers achieving at least 500 000 000 million ground damage a week will be eligible and can claim payment in either Q7 Tanks OR CC (to be spent on e.g. pack purchases) by commenting on this article.
* Those that achieved Legend-rank will be capped at 5 billion damage a week.

This week, 8 players managed to make enough damage on the ground and can therefore claim the following rewards:

Firstly, CC seems a better deal. You can buy more Q7 tanks with that amount of CC...
You would actually expect the Q7 from communes to be relatively cheap due to "tax evasion" in the donation process, but it seems to be the opposite here.

Also, a month has 30 or 31 days, so more than 4 weeks, so saying we have a budget of 100k, so 25k per week is a bit too simple. Or will the longer months really have a bigger budget?

You are right on that. I took a baseline of 100cc for the Q7 which might be a bit too much. Should definitely be more flexible and tied to WW price in the future!

On the week/month thing: We've been doing that with both TFD and Green Berets ever since they exist. So yes, it's indeed off but easy for simplicity sake - 'behind the scenes' a month with 5 reward moments will of course have 5 x reward 🙂

Although I'd like to really stress that cc is an - alternative - to Q7, with the ultimate intention that people invest it in stuff like Houses or ideally, a discount on their pack purchases. So I wouldn't compare them one on one (although rationally you can of course 😃)

Since the CC award can also be used in a more flexible manner (I also need to buy some houses soon), I'm opting for the CC option.
