I welcome citizens of Japan.
Here and my term closes on the post of Secretary of defence.
Do not judge strictly. Tried to work on the European standard.
Orders in the article and delivery of weapon.
I acknowledge maybe was not very effective but I tried.

I regret that we were not able to free not a single region.
I hope a next government will be able to do it and justify the trust of citizens.
