Hello my fellow eAmericans i am Lord Krauser and i am running for congress in the great state of Michigan.I want and need your help to get me back to the capital.
I started playing eRepublik 8 and half months ago and have never missed a day sense 250 days in a row.When i begin this country it was nearing the end of it's great war against Peace/Phoenix our own war for freedom a great time to have been playing i must say.I started by reading the
eWiki and learned all that i can i read about taxes,voting,the military and most of all business that is my favorite part of the game as well i read about history and the war i missed like how we
get to that point and after reading all this i fall in love with this game.

Loving this game and wanting to do more i volunteered to the government working for 4 months for the CTF meeting good eAmericans like LaurenBug who helped me with my bad writing in
my first campaign something that i well never forget.Still wanting to do more i sign up for the military to do my duty for my eCountry that was 4 months ago.

I graduated from the Training Corp severing in the 122nd "Warlords" for a month i was transferred to the 314th "Reapers" for another month meeting good soldiers like Captain AlexBerkman who help me get some good ideas and told me that i would make a great congressmen something that i again well never forget.Currently i am severing in the National Guard in the 1st division platoon 1 the newly name "Praetorians" a name i like and help come up with but a goal of mine sense day 1 was
to get in to congress cuz i love politics and so i can do the peoples work to try and make this
country better and in may of 2010 i got that chance.

While in congress i learned a lot but what i learned most of all is that YOU should not vote for
what some one that makes a promise or not for someone that is just popular or not for someone that has been there for a long time but for someone that well never miss a vote someone that
well work everyday to do what they can to make this country better then when they got in to congress and for someone you think has good judgement cuz that is what YOU are asking of someone to have a vote that can make the future for you,me and everybody else in the game.
While in congress i did not miss a vote and spent 5 to 10 hours a day trying to learn from past congresses and the basics of how the eCongress works i always voted with my best judgement even if it was not popular and cuz of that got a good review from my peers "Lord Krauser Wyoming 2.63 raw score 84/160 8 declined comment" From the 29th US Congressional Peer Reviews
by Rainy Sunday and out of new congress members i was 4th behind only Alex Lorre,
Justin McCravok and Dan Wang a strong ranking that i am proud of to this day.

When i was in congress one of my votes was on a good idea a mini congress they called the
Modal Congress and then they changed the name to the Chamber of Deputies the idea was to have a group of people that wanted to come up with and work on new ideas for this eCountry,more point of views on tough issues and to find new capable people in a way of training anybody that wants to have a future in politics a great idea but in the first month of starting it was closed cuz
of it not being handle and set up right i want to work on it and see if we can get it right this time.

It started by just letting anybody sign up this is not the right way to go i want the parties to pick
the people as this is a step before congress can even vote on a proposal this is a way to let young players and non-congressal members who have some new ideas to get them out there and let
them work on it so it can go to congress for a vote and letting the parties pick the people
shows eUSA citizens what these parties are made of and what to look for in the future.

I want the top 20 parties to pick 1 person to be in the Chamber of Deputies and if some one
wants to be in the Chamber of Deputies they must ask and get party support and they must pass a FEC review to get in this way it helps keeps trolls and or the insane out of the Chamber of Deputies.
When all the people are picked and get in to the Chamber of Deputies then Congress well
hold a vote for the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies after one is picked the members of the
Chamber of Deputies well vote for a Whip,Deputy Whip and Deputy Speaker this well make
sure that the Chamber well have a smart,strong and veteran head of the this mini congress
these are some things that can help to get a good idea off the ground.

The biggest vote i had to cast in was the highly controversial amendment to decided about
power in the military who should have it the President or the Joint Chiefs of Staff?It is a really big deal in eUSA the president can start battles but the past Joint Chiefs of Staff as always made the strategy and had control over the military due to the eUSA Constitution the first line reads"The three branches of government are the executive, congress, and military.These three branches are separate but equal" So what happened is the JCS said no to the President on a very big battle JCS is the head of the military but the President is Commander in Chief of the eUSA and it was the job of congress to fix the problem.I feel that we must stay true to the Constitution and the best part of it the first line but we can't have the military go in 2 different places.The first pass of the amendment i voted no cuz the wording in giving power to President to freeze the funding for the military was to lose and give the President the power to freeze and made it way to hard to unfreeze also it said very clear that the President would have complete control over the military a very bad idea and it total gos against the Constitution some thing i would never vote yes on... it did not pass.

The 2nd try to pass the amendment was better it cleared up the part about military fund freezing
but it still gave complete control over the military to the President so i hold my vote and tried talking
to the President about the danger of giving complete control to one person he listed and changed
the amendment to give final say to the President on military strategy only and keeps military a separate but equal branch of government i was and still am very proud of this vote and right
now there is still more work to be done to the Code of the Constitution i want to help work on it
to make sure that there well be no problems but to keep it strong and true as just like RL it is
the foundation of our eCountry.

I run the first time on a few ideas i had to make the game better and funner one of the ideas is a Government Run Gold eLottery that well give a chance for eUSA citizens to win way more gold the with some Treasure Map.It would be a weekly 1 gold for 4 numbers ranging from 0-9 Government eLottery i did not propose it the first time in congress cuz i need to fix it and most of all make sure it is legal.I fond the way to do it that keeps it legal and makes sure it is fair.The way i make sure it is fair is that it is government run not just some guy asking for your gold what the government gets is a cut of the gold to pay for the cost of operating around 20% it well go to the government which is a little lower then the income taxes this amount of gold could also help the other idea i have.

A Housing Fund for eUSA Soldiers this fund can help cut the cost of houses for newer players
and older player alike.A Organization well be set up to give a discount on houses for soldiers cutting cost by about 25% but it would help keep eUSA solider strong and high wellness
which makes for better fighting force it would cost a good mount of gold to get it of the ground
but can be worth it in the long haul.

Another thing i did not have a chance to propose it cuz it is a really touchy one but one i feel strongly about that is import taxes.I spent most of my time trying to look up the differences
in low and some import tax there was little info i fond but now with the prices dropping and wages following with people leaving we must try something.What do i mean is the market started
dropping wages/prices and people started leaving i am the owner of now 3 companies LK Ironworks,LK Firearms and LK Diamonds so i know about the trade market and the job market and i had 3 workers quit the game cuz of maps and wages how can some one make a future if
can't pay for it.We can't fix the maps but we can make sure that eUSA citizens have a good wage even if they have to pay 1 usd more for a weapon but they must think that when they pay that
1 usd more they are not just giving it to someone they are paying that 1 usd more to keep that worker who made that weapon there wages strong and in return to keep your own wage strong.A small raise to import taxes to 3% which we had once before it worked great and so now i want
that back cuz i feel that eUSA needs some import taxes to keep eUSA businesses and there workers strong and to give us a fair eUSA first market.

There is 1 product that is taxed unfairly i feel the is a VAT tax of 5% on food and only on food
why?It is a small cheap product that is only us once a day it should not have a VAT tax more
then any other product cuz i believe in a fair eUSA first market and by that the eUSA workers
at the top with some import taxes that can help all the workers but with the VAT tax on food
only hurts people that work and own the food companies.

My last idea i want to see out of congress might not happen at all but it is needed.I want more accountability for the other branches of government and government fund programs.The eUSA Constitution says that"These three branches are separate but equal" But the Constitution also says "Congress controls the nation's money, holds authority and responsibility over allocation of tax revenue" The congress is the peoples representatives YOU trust us to handle the nation money YOU trust us to handle your tax dollars and all i want to see is if it is being us the way it should?
If it is underfunded? and if they are not using that money it should go to where it can be must
usefully it is simple accountability.I just what i want to make sure that OUR tax dollars are
going to the right places and being used the right way.

More accountability as well on the Military and Executive dealings if a very impotent battle gos wrong they must answer to the people how this happen? If something like the fight between
the President and JCS they must answer to the people what happen? If they can't account for
money that congress trusted them with they must answer to people where is it? If they want a war
with a new enemy they must answer to the people why should we fight? They want the people's
money and the people's support they must be more accountable to the people and as the
representatives of the people they must talk and answer to congress.
