Join the new world

I am happy to announce, that Lithuanian Army project, partly funded by the Plato Foundation, has started 12 weeks ago and successfully continue its growth. This is the report for the third month of the project.

Funding
Project is funded by(approximately):
Plato Foundation - 250 gold per week (equivalent in CC - ~107 000 cc);
Government of eLithuania - the rest amount needed to cover project expenditures(please see table above for more information) ;
eRepublik citizens (theSpirit)~ 22 gold per week (equivalent in CC - 10 000 LTL) .


Last month achievements

Project continues to grow and currently we have 41 active member. We are looking for new members and most of the newborns join our program and ask for advise from more experienced members of the program.

We can see recognisable increase in LK MU damage, kills and activity of our members. We are moving right direction and I believe that in near future more active and involved in community affairs.

Our Air regiment continuously growing and currently we have 29 active members. Ground division with 12 members is stable and have a big impact to our military and society achievements.

We have decided to change organisation of the project and board members will responsible for parts of the project administration and organisation. Our introduced last months model was not very effective as part of the board didn`t bring any advantage to the project. We decided to re select board members and involved only the members who are willing physically contribute to the project(administrative and developing). They all have a right to vote on every important change as well as they will get paid for they contribution accordingly: 5 000cc per week and 10 000cc per week if member contributes more. We are waiting for confirmation of the the board members and will inform about participants in near future.

I would like to thank to one of our board members for dedicated contribution preparing weekly statistic data - Funnyte. I hope we will be able to cooperate in the future.

Automatisation of administrative system doesn`t progress as well as we predicted(my excel knowledge is not so good as I predicted 😁 , but working on it and hopefully in one months period we have fully operating automatic system.

We have improved with prize allocation and inspection of how the prizes have been used. Every week member of the board checking if winners using prizes they have won and if they don`t they are excluded from next week`s prize distribution.


Plans for the next month

- We are going to focus on report automation in order to save time on unit administration and, hopefully, use this time for further MU development.

- Continue advertising of the Lithuanian Army in order to increase number of members and providing advice for our existing members in Telegram chat in order to improve player strategies, effectiveness and strengthen community.

- Change weekly report system.

- Establish fully operating and functioning LK board.


Feedback to the Plato Foundation

I would like to thank Plato Foundation for continuous support and for their dedication to make eRepublik world more sociable and progressing. Weekly rapports posted by PF are very informative and I can see that there are more and more projects joining PF family 🙂. I have few ideas for new projects, hopefully soon will find time to start working on it.

We realise, that funding for some of the projects have been reduced. Reduced funding makes change rules of the projects. It demolish motivation for majority of the members and it will not help to achieve our main goals. we would like to encourage to increase Plato Foundation budget so more promising project could join, without limiting already existing.


Final word

We are very happy to be part of Plato Foundation project and looking forward to work together in the future. Main goals to help all community grow and become more active. We can see positive results and movement to right direction.

I would like to encourage all of those who didn`t decide yet if it is worth to ask PF for funding to do that. Bring new ideas, help your community to progress and don`t consider.
