Let's cook something delicious! -

Hello friends!
Some people consider Bulgarian cuisine to be one of the most delicious in Europe. That's why it's time for Chef Bobolino's culinary show.
Today I will teach you how to make one of the most popular and delicious dishes in Bulgaria, namely
Stuffed peppers with rise and ground meet
All the products mentioned can be found in your country and you do not have to fly to Bulgaria to get them. Here's what you nee😛
About 10-12 peppers, depending on their size
600 grams. mince
200 grams. rice
1 carrot
1 onion
Salt and black pepper, paprika, Savory
1 tomato or potato
800 ml of water
Remove the handles of the peppers and clean the seeds. Cut in carrots and onions. Put them in a pan with preheated oil. Add the mince to them and break it into small pieces. The smaller, the better. Begin to mix with a wooden spoon until the mince is fried. Then put the rice in and sprinkle it with salt, savory, paprika and black pepper. Stir and fry for about 5 minutes. Put the resulting mixture inside the peppers. You can seal any pepper with a slice of tomato or potato so that the filling is not poured. Put the peppers in a pan. Pour water into the pan as much as possible to cover most of the peppers and put it in the oven. Bake at 220 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Be careful not to burn the peppers.
I hope you try to cook the recipe and post impressions and photos of what you did.

Hahahah it called dolma that belongs to Turkish cuisine
Never tried...need to go to some Turkish Restaurant 🙂
Btw is it the same products, or there is some differences?
Of course there are some differences. We usually don't use carrot. Also 600 grams mince is a little bit much. We don't use that much. Rice is mostly used in Dolma.
