kb1992 - candidate for Country President

Hello, eFilipinos!

I would like to officially announce that I am a candidate for Country President of Philippines in December. Thanks to Kilusan ng Makabayang Pilipino and Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas - parties, which support my candidacy.

Who am I?
Former President of Philippines (February 2013), 8 times Minister of Foreign Affairs of Philippines, commander of Philippine Special Forces, ambassador and congressman.



PROGRAM

Foreign Affairs:
We managed to create a very good relationship with Malaysia - this direction has my full support. And I'm going to go further and take on the task to reorganize our relations with Indonesia and Pakistan. I believe we can build a ground for future cooperation with these countries. I don't foresee opening of embassies. When it comes to MPPs, I can't promise anything, much will depend on our financial condition. Personally I think we should focus on Asia, because as long as there are our local and most important for us problems, for example the security of our regions and borders, it would be unreasonable to distract our attention for world's conflicts and looking for allies on all continents. I don't exclude it, but priority is given to local issues. Ministry of Foreign Affairs is first of the two ministries which I will take care myself.

Defense:
This ministry needs a vigorous reform - regular articles with orders (at least once per 3-4 days), for now we have two MPPs (Malaysia and Pakistan), which oblige us to something. I know that many of our citizens needs supplies for more effective fight. However, since I'm not a supporter of spending state money for it, and our financial situation isn't very good these days, I will cover the costs of supplies from my own pocket. Ultimately, every citizen of Philippines will be able to apply for 5 Q7 weapons daily. That's the second "presidential" ministry in this plan.

Finances:
The duty of the Minister of Finances will be the daily collecting data related to the revenues and expenditures of the state. These will be published every few days in financial reports. Money from the state treasury can not disappear for no reason, I don't want any misunderstandings in this matter.

Education:
As usual, the Minister of Education will be responsible for introducing young players to the game. I'm going to open recruitment for governmental internships for young players. Each ministry will be able to recruit interns and the Minister of Education will formally take care of them.



GOVERNMENT

Minimal cabinet, literally composed of few persons. There is no need to create fictional positions in the government, and even communication will be improved.

Positions:
1. Country President (MoFA and MoD also)
2. Prime Minister/Advisor
3. Minister of Finances
4. Minister of Education
+ possibly interns
