Karl's Travel Guide - Slovakia

Day 744, 06:26 Published in USA Sweden by Karl Khan

Welcome to the Exotic traveler, where we meet cultures from the different parts of the globe, from my written words. Today, we visit Slovakia, where i have stayed for my fifth leg of the tour. Originally i was here on the Mobile Infantry's orders, but i quit and pursued my dream as a Travel critic for now. Before i set out my rating, lets take a look at the remarks i have made.

Taxation
Taxation is unknown in Slovakia, but beware of a citizen's fee of 5. Food has the highest income tax, coupled by an importation of 50% and a VAT of 2%. Moving tickets wouldn't be a problem as well.

Employment
It was incredibly easy to find a job here, no matter what race, or religion, i guarantee they would accept you in, with the exception of low wellness. Unfair Extermination is quite rare, unless you purposely asked for it. From what i encountered, none fired me at all actually.

Political Scene
Slovakia doesn't have a rich political scene, and yes, currently elections are underway. I expect that when you become president here, you will be quite unknown to half of Slovakians.

Marketplace
Purchasing Gold is easy here, at about 40 bucks can get you one. Houses, Hospitals and Defence systems are rare. Food is priced at half a buck, and weapons are cheaply priced.

Permanent Place to Stay?
Expectations met - Its encouraging to stay here, however, war games only come in a few days, so beware of the living conditions. Be ready to move out in the case of war. Regarded as a money-maker's paradise for me, gold is easily obtainable here. I suggest you stay here for a month or two before moving around, if you expect to live here for some time, then be prepared for any eventualities of a market crash.

Overall
Slovakia exceeded expectations. Better than Pakistan, but still can't beat Germany, Slovakia has a intermediate living standard.

My Rating?
Taxation/citizens fee - Reasonable - 6 out of 10
Political Scene - 3 out of 10
Marketplace - 7 out of 10
War Games - 6 out of 10
Media Scene - 8 out of 10

Permanent place to stay?
Expectations met - 7 out of 10.

Overall: 6 out of 10

This is currently my fourth country, as recorded on this newspaper. I've visited numerous countries with a far worse rating than Slovakia, but i believe that this nation can get back on its feet. Until next time, meet me on Karl's Travel Guide - Singapore.

Tata, and good luck, wild traveler!
