Let's start by not abusing your power and discrediting everyone that does't share your "official" opinion, labeling him a spy, traitor and troublemaker.
More important: making changes to the Constitution by Congressional vote and implementing the Department of Justice. Jurisdiction is serious stuff and it is a must if you want to grant liberty to the people, if you care about their rights.
Then there is the issue about transparency of the Government. First of all: it should be made impossible that the same person is in charge of a Gov MU, a Congressman, PP and in the PotUS cabinet etc. There should be laws separating these branches.
The abuse of power is another big issue and auditing officials by an independent comity is an essential tool not to let this happen.
Just a few ideas to consider.
And please don't jump to the conclusion that these subjects are not connected to the current PTO madness, because they are, in a deep and profound way!

So basically you want to create meta-game rules to dictate mechanics and in turn control what individual players can do thereby limiting their own individual freedom. step 2: Hold the T5 parties during Congress elections... Why? B/c by not allowing PTO'rs to have anyone in congress, they can't bring in anymore outside help to keep continuing and enlarging this situation.

Asking people to support moving to a party so that we can accomplish step 2 and move easier into step 3...

step 3: Burning Unity to the ground at CP election time... Easiest way to do this, and prevent anyone from even suggesting its need is to have the T5 parties. Simply put, if each T5 puts up an actual candidate (or a blocker if there's not enough people actually running), then there is no use for Unity as there will be no PTO'r on the ballot, which means....
