We don't elect our Dictators like other countries do, so CP races have been stale and Congress elections have been useless since Congress has no powers under the Military Council's Dictatorship. We are in a never ending Training War with South Africa which has been PTO'd by Lazocrats. Serbia beats up on us periodically to rest determination in our regions. Not much to say really we loose just as many citizens as we gain and Japan has not grown in citizenry under the Dictatorship.

We have had at least four people ask for citizenship since our recent Liberation of the country and they were all ignored, because they didn't speak a slavic language.

But I'll answer to you: In USA there are tons of CS requests daily; in Japan only few monthly so what is the point here to have form? IGM can solve it.

Things have changed this past year. The addition of Air Battles and weapons is one of the most significant changes. Personally, I have become more active in battles and avoided the political.

To say the least, radicalism in eJapan has grown to an all time high due to the formation of Jinmin Sensen. SOS Brigade was reformed under various compatriots of eJapan both new and old alike. People are still crying over a dying game as if it's their life. Nothing has changed since the last time you were around mate.

I just came to Japan. There are no real problems - There's TP damage always there, and a cool flag beside my name.
