No not that time of the month, it's time for congressional platforming and hooplah. The work begun in 141st session is incomplete, mostly due to absolute sloth, but incomplete nonetheless.



It is therefore my intention to seek a second term of congress, because I have not caused enough pain and tears during my first foray into the bowels of governance. Just know that I will not be shaking hands or kissing babies, both practices are extremely unsanitary.
