The old Beta mayors positions were reserved to give new players more to do. Maybe they could do that again to force old players to get along with newbies... or be forced to live in LARGE cities where our houses were worthy less.
Maybe.
Maybe they would limit salaries of new players... until level 12 or more. Maybe 1/2 wage + 500 food units automatically, or just make it impossible to leave that job till certain level.
