Sorry, I might be taken back a bit here, you results show the 'avg daily need'... which tends mean what you actually need, but in your question you ask "Daily need = Amount you produce per day - Amount you spend per day" which tends to mean your left over quantity. For example, my left over quantity of Q1 food is 10k or so per day... but that is after I have eaten what I NEED for my daily activities.

yes sorry about that. I wrote the formula wrong. it should be amount you spend - amount you produce. Anyway the people responded in the correct way I guess
