Today i'm going to bring u and interview with the Foreign Minister of eLatvia he accept to let me make this interview with him, he have a big responsibility for the government functioning. Hope u will enjoy and just dont forget to comment, vote, share and if u like

1. Hello to - AunsxOM, the Foreign Minister of eLatvia thank you for agreeing to make this interview with me, would you agree to first introduce yourself?

Hello! Thank you for interviewing me. Here in game I am known as AunsxOM, but on Discord I am known as casadeli. He was a player which started to play this game in late 2013, was long term Latvian president and MoFA, and described his playing style as community oriented. I am truly happy that he gave me his Discord account when he unfortunately left.


2. Can u tell us what is ur daily job as the Foreign Minister?

In theory, the job of MoFA is to follow situation, events and their developments around the globe, advise your CP on certain decisions, keep communication with your allies and fulfil the tasks that are appointed to you(get another TW etc.). In reality I mostly troll in friends feed and articles. Over the years I would say all government positions have become less and less time consuming with fewer daily tasks and fewer events to follow.



3. Tell us what acts u have made on the government so far

Arranged TW with Greece, keeping my eyes on certain situations, planning some stuff. I can`t go too much into details, since we are dealing with state secret here.


4. There is any conditions to be a citizens of ur country like eUS have?

We don`t really have an immigration policy, we are quite unattractive from bonus stand point and the fact that all the communication is done in Latvian language, makes us an unapealing destination. Over the past five years we have maybe had like four foreigners who have stayed longer than a week.



5. Which countries eLatvia had a war with?

Over the years, we have fought some fierce battles and campaigns with Sweden, Finland, Russia and Colombia, which are now our allies in Pacifica. We have also declared wars on Estonia and Lithuania, which did not end too well for us. During the formation period of Sirius and Asteria we freed ourselves from Argentina and had tough war with Belarus, which later died because we had two agents there who raised the work tax to 25% and kept it for 2-3 months. Because of that, Romania executed a friendly wipe on us for duration of congress elections, so that our southern neighbors could reduce work tax back to normal levels, and then let us free. It also messed up our relationships with Lithuania, because Hungary wiped them and part of Belarus to block Romania from accessing Poland. We have also had battles with Croatia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Cuba, Greek tanks in Cuba, Venezuela, Colin Lantrip 3 in Venezuela and many others.


6. Why eLatvia decide to go to war so many time when the country have 200-240 citizens does she have the power to win and stand on this war?

We have strong core group of players, which makes us irationally strong for our size. Unfortunately, some of our biggest tanks have left the game, but, any time that happens, at least one player steps up. Obviously, we are no match for the strongest countries, but I think we pack enough punch to be a headache for anyone.



7. What is the economic implications for the State after every war?

Depends on how serious the wars are. We have had wars where millions per round are burned, and we have had wars where there is no need to spend much. Anyway, countries our size more or less relies on private sponsors, and tax income is secondary source for CO.



8. Can u tell us why ur country decide to go for AS aginst eGreece and what was the implications for the State?

After changes in determination were implemented, we unfortunately were forced to close our TW with Belgium, so we were looking for new partners, and Greece answered our call. Implications for both states is increased amount of cheap gold from BH/SH medals.


9. Do u have any TW those days bcuz has i saw there is a RW aginst eUkraine and also eLithuania strike one of Latvia land

Yes, we do have four ping-pong type TWs where attacker will always lose – with Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania and Ukraine. We are awful destination for RH hunters, since all RWs involving regions of our TWs must be suppressed to keep them going. 10. Tell us shortly about eLatvia economy

We are medium size economy that has around 50k daily tax revenue and is working with below average 25% food bonus and 45% weapon bonus. We have one trade embargo, which is with Belarus, this embargo is at least couple years old, and, considering that their presidents at one point proposed embargo laws against us daily, I think we are few years away from the day these brutal sanctions ends.



11. If u could change ANY THING in this game tell us 1 things u were pick to change and why?

I don`t think there is one thing that could radically improve the situation here, but it has to be something that could make this game playable for new players, so it would obviously be related to strength or divisions. I liked the idea of terrains that admins experimented with during one tournament, I also think that Plato missed out on restricting strength to 100k(3 years of max training) – give new players clear vision how to be competetive and in what time they can reach it. But as I said, much more has to be done to make this game appealing.



12. What is your advice to the other presidents and players from the game?

To presidents - donate everything from your country treasuries to my account. To players - subscribe to my newspaper.


13. Before we end, do you have any messages or want to send to our readers?

Don`t take everything too seriously, this is just a game, the most important thing here is to have fun. Get more involved in your communities, that is where the magic of this game is.
