I am here today sadly under not to unusual conditions, with eJapan in pieces and the private sector in economic turmoil. I look forward to all your thoughts on future e-japan policy. In my personal view for eJapan to become a competing power we must be able to deal with our enemies by diplomatic means even if it means setting up inter-alliance allies.
I hope that we can make our diplomatic goals and that the new Administration is ready to enter the international community, ushering in a new age by turning rhetoric into action. Good luck to the new president and long live the Emperor.
PLEASE FIGHT IN SHIKOKU NOT KYUSHU.

Breaking alliance code and MPPing other countries can be really a slippery slope, but given the Chile+Argentina NAP (Chile=CoT, Argentina=TWO) we may yet have an opportunity at it if we play our cards right.

Yeah and that royally screws over other allies as stated in that article. NAP and MPP are 2 different things.
I knew that lol...
Point is, given Chile has yet to be kicked from CoT, the situation takes away the stigma against above-the-table negotiation with non-CoT countries potentially leading to an MPP.
I never said to sign an MPP with TWO countries xD.
Indeed you are.
