Not so long ago admins made us happy with inserting new things in the game and they keep surprising us each week. I will write about new house industry this time. Unfortunately, I would like to have my own place in RL, but since I cannot I will do it here 🙂

Not so many things changed in game economy when new house industry was inserted, but space for even more improvements was created. Lets look at it from two aspects, short-term and long-term:

Short-term: inserting house industry made us spent some gold for new companies, there was undefined state on market, growth of salaries and some product prices, but only short-term.

Long-term: inserting house industry increased production in general, but not so much, while consumption increased significantly since houses are spent each day and hour, and with increased wellness capacity there is increase of food and weapons consumption, but still not enough. Salaries are back to the value from before changes with tendency of future decreasing.

Only with next update we can notice whole aspect of inserting house industry and its impact on economy of the game. On a first look there is increase of production while consumption is on the same level as before, but that is not true. It is not that easy to get new points and new working force. Daily there is one work force for each house that is active whole day. With other words, each house gives opportunity to its owner to get salary 7 times no matter what quality it is. But to make that house you need far more than those 7 work forces. Simply, two men have to work each day during week to make one house with Q1 quality and for more quality houses you need even more. Getting 50 more wellness and getting 7 more salaries is now more tempting for everyone, so consumption of even houses with lowest quality will stay high. If we would look at it again from two aspects, short-term and long-term, my vision is like this:

Short-term: price of all products and raw materials in house industry started to rise and it will continue like this for some time. Economy cannot supply enough products. Salaries are rising fast. Steadily it will influence also on other industries (food and weapon) since their production will decrease a bit each day while consumption will remain almost the same. With first discount on company upgrades there will be short price stagnation, but only for short period.

Long-term: consumption will get after long period high acceleration so it can overcome production. Prices will stay on high level for longer period this time (more than few days 🙂 ). This will be followed with further increase of salaries, more money transfers... Some new manufacturers will invest their money in new house industry instead of in food and weapon industries that are already oversaturated.

This all looks a lot like old module of the game with no manager work when economy looked barely normal. Now for house industry it is even better since there is no firing of workers so new ones can work on their place the same day which limits the produced product capacity to number of companies. It will take some time while there is enough number of companies, and there will be Q4, Q5...Q10 quality houses which will prolong economy rise and high level of salaries and houses. Even then there will be limitation on number of workers, so there will be a balance which is necessary for healthy economy.

To summarize all, I will congratulate to admins for this since after very long time they did a good thing by inserting something new useful into the game, wait, it is something old useful, but you need a lot of courage and brains to do something like this 🙂



Ne tako davno admini ove igrice su nas obradovali novitetom i ne prestaju da nas iznenadjuju iz nedelje u nedelju. Pricacu o novoj industriji kuca ovom prilikom. Nazalost, ja bih voleo da imam samo svoj kutak i u RL, ali kada vec tu ne mogu onda cu ovde da nadoknadim 🙂

Kada su uvedene kuce nije se puno sta promenilo na ekonomskom modulu igrice, ali se desilo da su se vrata novih promena sirom otvorila. Posmatrajmo sada iz aspekta, kratkorocno i dugorocno.

Kratkorocno: uvodjenjem kuca nesto golda je potroseno na otvaranje fabrika, doslo je do pometnje na trzistu, rasta plata i nekih proizvoda, ali samo kratkorocno.

Dugorocno: uvodjenjem kuca generalno proizvodnja je neznatno povecana dok je potrosnja povecana dosta jer kuce se ipak trose svakog dana, a sa povecanjem kapaciteta wella raste i broj potrosenih puca i hleba, ali ipak nedovoljno. Plate su ostale iste kao i pre promene sa tendencijom daljeg pada.

Tek uvodjenjem dodatnih noviteta moze se posmatrati siri kotekst uvodjenja cele industrije kuca i njen uticaj na ekonomski modul. Lako moze da se ucini da se i dalje povecava proizvodnja dok potrosnja i dalje stagnira, ali to nije tako. Nije tako lako dobiti nove bodove i nove radne snage. Dnevno se dobija po jedna radna snaga za svaku kucu koja je aktivna. Drugim recima svaka kuca omoguci svom vlasniku da 7 puta primi dodatnu platu bez obzira na kvalitet kuce. Ali da bi se ta ista kuca napravila potrebno je daleko vise. Racunicu mozete naci u nekim drugim novinama (ne mojim jer me mrzi da sabiram 🙂 ) ali neka prosta racunica je oko dva coveka treba da rade nedelju dana svakog dana po jednom da bi se napravila jedna Q1 kuca, za jace kvalitete treba i vise. Dobiti dodatnih 50 wella i uzgred imati jos 7 plata sada svima deluje primamljivije tako da ce potrosnja kuca i najmanjeg kvaliteta biti na visokom nivou. Kada bi opet gledali sve kroz kratkorocan i dugorocan plan, moje vidjenje je sledece:

Kratkorocno: cena svih derivata i nusprodukata industrije kuca je pocela da raste i stize do plafona sa tendencijom da ce zavrsiti i nekoliko spratova iznad. Trziste ne moze da podmiri trenutno potrebe. Plate pocinju da rastu vrtoglavo. Polako ali sigurno to ce se odraziti i na ostale proizvode poput puca i hleba kojih ce biti za koji procenat manje svakog dana nego inace dok ce potrosnja ostati skoro ista. Sa prvim popustom na kuce docice do blagog ublazavanja rasta cena ali ipak ne i prekida.

Dugorocno: potrosnja ovaj put poprima posle duzeg vremena dovoljan zalet da moze da prevazidje proizvodnju. Cene ce ostati na visokom nivou duze vreme ovaj put (vise od par dana 🙂 ). Ovo ce da prati i dalje povecanje plata, veci obrt novca... Neki novi trgovci ce ulagati svoj kapital iskljucivo u novu industriju kuca tako da nece povecavati vec ionako prezasicene industrije puca i hlebova.

Sve mnogo lici na stari modul bez menadzerskog rada kada je ekonomija izgledala koliko toliko normalno. Doduse sada za industriju kuca izgleda jos bolje jer nema otpustanja starih radnika da bi novi radili na njihovom mestu istog dana sto ogranicava broj napravljenih proizvoda na broj fabrika. A dok se izgradi dovoljan broj fabrika, potrajace malo, a onda ce krenuti i Q4,Q5...Q10 kuce sto ce produziti ekonomski uzlet i visok nivo plata i kuca. Tada ce postojati ogranicenje na broj radnika koji postoje, tako da ce to napraviti balans koji je neophodan za zdravu ekonomiju.

Sve u svemu, adminima mogu da cestitam ovom prilikom posle duzeg vremena, ubacili su nesto novo korisno u igricu, ovaj, ipak su ubacili nesto staro korisno u igricu, ali treba imati hrabrosti i pameti i uraditi tako nesto 🙂
