Holding Companies and Training Wars
Mister Y
Good evening people!
As new director of the U.S. Department of Statistics, I’m already here with a simple, but important task for you. Lately we heard some complaints about the situation of our training wars and our occupied States by our friend countries. It seems some citizens can’t work properly in their factories cause the State of their Holding Company is occupied by another country via training war.
The Department and the President invite every citizen in this situation to declare them self with a comment in this article (or a message to Mister Y) explaining where do you have your Holding, in what kind and how many factories you lose your productivity cause training wars.
In this way we will have a better idea of what we are really losing in production every month, and we can plan something to shift some wars in a better States.
We look forward to read your answers!
And here a business girl is mandatory. Have a great weekend.

Myself, for example: my Holding Company is in Kentucky. It's not under training wars, so I don't lose production in my factories.
Thank you!
About 60 days ago my state, Missouri, was liberated and would like to see it stay that way.
...which is where my Holding Company is located.
Mister Y, best person for the job!
better not move any wars into Idaho 😛
I do have 141 companies in 1 holding company in Idaho
blessed mother of mercy thats insane
Fifty some odd company's in Colorado.
My holding is in Michigan. 83 companies, Producing approximately 400 Q7 food, 2400 Q3 food, 200 Q2 food, 1200 Q1 food, and 60 Q7 weapons per work. Michigan has been involved in training wars CONSTANTLY for many months (maybe a year or longer now?). Usually it's "work 2 days in a row, don't work 2 days in a row" and the cycle continues. So basically, production for me is 50% of what it could be.
However, in many months ago, I would usually only be able to work once every 3-4 days which was ridiculous. My main source of income is from working because I'm too weak to win Battle Heroes. I grab a BH once in a while, but working in companies earns me more, so obviously I have never been a fan of these training wars (they are important, but very annoying).
It'a a lot of stuff, thanks for sharing.
Kentucky and alabama
Safe states.
Montana
California- 31, to much gold to relocate...
Communicate with Mister Y on how much it would cost so we can gather all the info necessary If compensation become available in the futur
Arizona
North Carolina
Iowa (only 3 companies)
Wisconsin holding. 5x Q5 food 2x Q7 tank and the Frm and wrm. Worked about 5 days this yr in between chicken and groot presidency.
My production is in California, and I am producing 25 units of raw materials for weapons and 19 units of raw materials for food.
I have 8 weapons raw material companies of which 7 are q3 and one is q2, and I have 10 food raw materials companies of which 3 are q2 and 8 are q3.
California will be a safe zone soon, be happy!
❤
I have holding companies in California and Oklahoma.
The bulk of my tank production, about 120 level 7 per day happens in California.
Most of my raw and food are produced in Oklahoma. Call it 2100 units of level 4 food.
Houses are produced in California, but since they do not rely on manager input, I'm not alarmed.
currently, I have more than 7000 tanks in my storage, 17 houses and about a half a million in cash.
So ends my report.
Since writing this, I have established a holding co in KY. Other holding companies are in Poland and Turkey. I have no companies in any of these, having moved them to USA holders.
I have holdings in Tennessee. However, I am a small businessman so I am not as affected as others. Tennessee was also liberated for quite some time before being occupied. I understand the advantage of training wars, but I also think a heads up before you start flipping states would be good so that busines owners can make a decision as to whether to move to a more secure state or not.
I am a small businessman,too.
I have holdings in Nevada with 20 q2 food factory and about 20 cattle farm. From my profit I establish new companies my business is growing.
Usually I can work as manager, but it will be terrible for me when a TW partner would keep it occupied for a long time.
34 companies in Nevada, food stuff.
5-Q7W and 45-Q5WRM in MN
40+ various QF and Q5FRM in NE
10 various QH and Q5HRM in UT
I havent experienced any problems and I can work every day. I have 3 holdings located Florida, District of Columbia and Kentucky. 4th holding company located in Indiana, havent used for months.
You are lucky to have 3 holdings all in safe States, nice for you!
And when I put them, havent even thought about wars.
I wouldn't call it luck. If I remember well, it was announced, at some time in the past, that at least DC and Kentucky (probably Florida for houses) are not to be used for TWs. Reasons? Bonuses. Of course, there is pollution, but it's anyway way better than not using factories at all (for days maybe). Now, there are some that ignored this (I'm not referring to those who already had factories at the time) and thought could beat pollution by using another region (no bonuses but also no pollution, hence better results) - well, bad luck, at some point the region was/is/will be used in a TW.
I have 106 Q1 food companies and 41 deer (q5 FRM), all in DC. My residence is not there, but in another (under 50 residents) state, that provides me a 20% (maximum, that is) house durability bonus. Why? Because it is (was, at least, back at the time DC had more than 100 residents, now I should recalculate, since DC has between 50 and 100 residents) more profitable to pay 40cc a day and have my (just q1 and q2) houses last longer.
PS. I no longer work as manager daily, usually once every few days, when pollution for q1 food reduces.
All my stuff is in Kentucky
Safe zone!
Tallahassee, Florida
It's a good zone to work every day.
My holding is in Virginia
Another State with no problems.
Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
Frankfort, Kentucky, USA
Carson City, Nevada, USA
Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA
287 companies in USA territory
Mister Y will collect all your infos and report them to me so we can go to congress and get money allocated for this 😃
Kentucky.. with house companies and hrm
56 in Texas and 59 in Arizona
Formigas voadoras
Sorry, but you don't count ahahaha!
Give me food....
Large states ought to be excluded from TWs. No New York, no Texas or California or Florida or Pennsylvania or Colorado or Ohio. Highly educated states should be excluded as well. Those rare new players who join and start out in their own RL state shouldn't have to be forced to try to figure out why in the F they are Albanian or Croatian or whatever it might be.
Yes, I noticed holdings are everywhere, so, change training wars seems useless: save some players to damage someone else. The only way seems to give funds to build a new holding in a safe zone, like Kentucky or Florida.
That list of states makes a lot of sense to me too. I've not paid attention lately but we used to have a lot of players in my home state of Ohio based on residency. In fact, it was a Top 20 state prior to the fluff incident a year or two ago. Ohio is where my holdings are exclusively and was choosen because of the good ratio for home building as the penalty was very minimal compared to other options so I could maximize my productivity. I have 60 some btw, I produce Q2/Q3/Q4 food, Q1/Q2/Q3 houses and all my own raw. (Plus, a couple factories to produce my own personal supply of Q4 weps for regular fighting when higher Q isn't warranted). I was going to expand (ie. get to at least 100+ biz units) further but there hasn't been a point for so long. We barely go 24 hours under US banner before being taken over again. You are lucky to WAM twice if your RL schedule will allow you to time it just right, most often that doesn't work out. Then go 2-3 days without being able to WAM, its not balanced or well coordinated. Naturally, I can still run my housing companies under occupation but the productivity bonus loss is significant. I do it anyhow because its the only thing that keeps me afloat anymore to meet payroll.
I'm not sure just dumping everyone in Kentucky or Florida is the best solution either if they don't already they will have a production penalty due to overcrowding.... and tbh at this point in the game my desire to relocate is very low. I've done it in the past for the good of the country but my give a F these days isn't what it used to be to encourage me to relocate. While I understand it not the current administration's fault for these TWs it wasn't well communicated when they were started or a schedule published for that matter, just woke up one day and was occupied. Nor has any administration since done well to publish a coordinated schedule so folks could plan. Was never in a consistent pattern and never know which of three countries would be occupying Ohio so we could plan its definitely sucked. At least lately its only been Poland but for a time it bounced between 3 all with their own economies.
Anyhow, I'm not trying to just complain here a bit of my frustration is definitely coming out though.
Oh and I should say I applaud you Mister Y for putting in this effort into this subject its something.... that's been sorely lacking for a long time.
