Hey Croatia,
I know we haven’t exactly had the best relationship recently. It’s been a very difficult time here in the United States and we’ve said some things that maybe we didn’t really mean. Neither side is without fault.
But now that your best friend has abandoned you, and fled into the arms of your mortal enemy, I was thinking that maybe we could get back together.
Nothing serious, or official of course. Just a little making out in the corner. You know, to see if those feelings that existed once, might still be there.
You could come over to our place and hang out. Some of your old friends are here too. You could probably make some new friends too. Once we got to really know them, we found out that they are pretty awesome. Let’s hang out soon, before another friend sticks a knife in your back.
You need a place to feel safe and secure, following this deep betrayal. We’d like to give you that place, and be there for you when you’re ready to get back out into the world.
We might have broken up, but we never stopped thinking about you.
