Another business in Norway closes its doors.
After nearly four weeks of waiting on the Norwegian government to purchase a hospital at the price the President suggested, Headshots Hospital has found it necessary to lock out its employees and close down operations. There simply are no more funds to pay the workers salaries. All of the company's and GM's resources (which were minimal to begin with due to the invasion that made the RUB worthless) are now exhausted. For weeks the employees have been paid by borrowing from the profits of other companies, but the destablization of the food prices has now made this impossible. If the hospital is ever sold, the company will reopen its doors and continue production, completing the hospital that is now 1/3 complete.
It is clear that the Norwegian government does not care about providing the citizens of Norway with healthcare, or they would have purchased the hospital which would have allowed the company stay in operation and continue production of Q2 hospitals for the regions that lack healthcare.

Im sure your not telling the whole story as usual.
Would be nice to see someone from the Norwegian government making a comment on what this is about.
While we were voting about this in the Congress, Sasha told us that the price would be higher than the deal originally was.. So then we told Sasha that we would buy the hospital if we got it for the original price, but this was rejected. So then we stick to our original plan and supply eNorway with our own-produced hospitals..
So you can just stop saying that we don\'t care about providing eNorway with healthcare, mr. Sasha. This is as far away from the truth as it gets.. We have 2 factories producing hospitals, plus we have bought some hospitals from private companies, but these hospitals were much cheaper than the price you set..

That may be true, but you certainly don\'t care about providing Russia with healthcare.

Why - again - blame Norwegian government? I\'m finnish myself, and I\'m all happy. There ain\'t really anything except for one little thing, that\'s amiss here - we don\'t have our own currency (FIM, R.I.P) at our disposal. Now, stop lying. If you had a deal on a price, then you should\'ve kept it - so no telling half truth about eNorway not keeping their end and buying, when you decide to raise the price above that what was agreed on. Geez.
Oddgeir is telling a complet lie. I originally placed the hospital on the market for 2000 NOK. Mendel told me that the government would likely buy the hospital but that he thought the price was too high and suggested a price of 1500. I immediately reduced the price to 1500, but the hospital was not bought in an expedient manner, and so I did take it off the Norwegian market for a short time and tried to sell it on the foreign market, but then it was returned to the market for 1500 NOK, the price the President suggested. And there it has remained for the remainder of this month. So... NO I DID NOT RAISE THE PRICE.
There is obviously lying going on here, but it is not from me! It is from Oddgeir and evidently the President. They are lying here and they have apparently lied to the Congress as well.
Here is the real question... since the hospital is on the market for the price the President suggested (and has been for weeks), why are Mendel and Oddgeir still refusing to buy it?
Guys don\'t worry about Sasha.
He only lied to the Russian people about the State\'s Treasury and where that money went. I think it\'s safe to say he\'s trustworthy with money.
