Day 4,492, 06:48 Published in Belgium Belgium by Krobotkin

Hello everyone, First of all I wish you a combative international women's day. For all my sisters worldwide #girlpower. At the end of this article a small explanation of what this day stands for and how it originated. BTW, I still need 2 more articles with 25 unique comments, so please leave a comment bellow. XXX

First I want to talk about what I experienced today and yesterday. An extra thank you to all of you for that and another point of criticism to the erepublic moderator.

Yesterday I received some nice gifts in CC from some players. With that money, I have updated my training center to ***, which means that every time I train I now increase by 15 points. Great, because that way I keep getting stronger and I get my missions faster. With the money that I have left, I will try to buy gold pending the next training center update promotion. Someone an idea when it will take place?

I also ask myself how it is possible that a new player can cause more than 5,000,000 damage in my fighting class? This player is champion for Belgium in every fight as well as the opponent? Can the erepublic moderator do nothing about it instead of ruining my missions? 🙁

Furthermore, I accepted the invitation that was sent to me, I am now a member of the Flying Rabbits Elite MU. These people were very helpful to me, a nice gang that are very active and still have a sense of humor. Something I love very much. I Love the Flying Rabbits Elite MU. Which does not mean that I do not like E Belgium of course. However, it is very boring within the Belgian MU.

Then I will now explain where our international women's day comes from and what this day stands for. Dear people, thank you in advance for reading and thank you for your support. XXX

The origins of International Women's Day lay in a strike of female workers from the clothing and textile industry in New York, on March 8, 1908, for an 8-hour working day, better working conditions and electoral rights for women. The following year, a call from the Socialist Party led to a week-long struggle involving 30,000 female workers for higher wages and better conditions. Activities were organized all over the world on March 8, although it no longer mobilizes masses.
The history of International Women's Day is very similar in its sense to that of 1 May, which also goes back to actions in the United States to be subsequently taken up by the internationally organized workers' movement. The first international celebration, the real first International Women's Day, came in 1911.
However, that of 8 March 1917 in Russia became the most tumultuous and inspiring International Women's Day, and also the one with the greatest consequences. She announced the start of the Russian Revolution. It was not until 1922, when the Communist International started calling for it, that the day was set on a fixed date that was used throughout the worl😛 8 March.
Its breeding ground lies in Russia at the beginning of the 20th century, a period in which capitalism demanded the active participation of women in the country's economy. Every year the number of women who had to work in the factories and in the workshops, or as maids, increased. Women worked with men and the wealth of the country was created by their hands. But still women were not allowed to vote.
The workers 'state brought to power by the Russian Revolution brought workers' wives into achievements that western women could only dream of. In addition to equality before the law, they were not only offered the right to work and special work regimes (reduction of working hours, prohibition of night work, maternity leave, etc.) that took into account the social function of mothers in addition to outside work, but also of housing and basic services, the workers' state was also the first to take real responsibility for the masses of the population. The wealth produced by the working population was also used for the first time to serve the interests of the masses, through a planned economy in which the needs of the masses were central and which, in an initial period, was also democratically established through the Soviets, the councils of workers, farmers and soldiers.
But the young workers' state did much more. After all, the suppression of women is more complicated than just the issue of income and wages. The right to abortion, easy divorce, the disappearance of the "rights" that men had in marriage over their wives, ... are all among the achievements of Russian working class women - achievements that Western women would have to wait for a long time. Large-scale training work was also set up to help and encourage women to engage in society, to take them away from their homes, including literacy campaigns in rural areas and training to raise overall cultural standards. Socialist women traveled through the immense country to explain to women what rights they had.

Hasta La Victoria Siempre !
