Join the new world

Older players know me from my last time here when I served several mandates as Minister of Education and Director of Embassies in the Swiss government. I decided to come back in November and since then I have served in all governments as Minister of Education in Switzerland. Now I decided to try and run for Swiss’ country president.

My political CV in this game is quite long. As Minister of Education, I served in Switzerland and Belgium, I was elected 21 times into the congress of various countries, I was Director of Swiss Embassies, Chairman of Congress in Belgium and my most important function was president of Belgium.

Few words about plans

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

We will maintain our good relationships with our allies and neighbours. Currently, we have MPPs with Macedonia and Bulgaria, which provide Swiss’ MUs with battles for the daily order without the need to move to other countries to complete them. Should we receive any offers for MPPs, we will analyse them and provide the right answers in order to make Swiss people benefit from them and strengthen our relationship with those countries.

DEFENCE

At the moment we are having a training war with Italy, which we will continue as it provides our treasury with extra money from the taxes applied on medals and also gives all Swiss players a chance to fight for True Patriot medals. In case of a hostile attack on our soil, we will react accordingly to the situation.

FINANCES

Our incomes are increased due to our Training war with Italy. The bonus income we will use to take part in the monetary market and boost our treasury.

HOME AFFAIRS / EDUCATION

Switzerland is suffering from lack of active players like all erepublik countries. As there aren’t many new players coming to Switzerland we will try to focus on remaining Swiss, we will try to organise some social events with prizes to reward active members of our community.

Also, there is an ongoing discussion which aims to make the Swiss guard the most active military unit in Switzerland once again. Since the Swiss guard used to be financed by the state, we will crunch down the numbers and see if the state can support the MU and if it is in interest of country to have government funded military unit.
