The Government is announcing small loans for citizens of ePakistan under the following conditions
AMOUNT
Each Loan would be exactly 10 gold. A total of 25 loans would be given out.
PURPOSE & CONDITIONs
1. The Loans MUST ONLY be used to either create a new 'Weapons Factory' or to upgrade an existing one.
2. The weapons produced must be sold only on the local ePakistan market. They must not be sold through direct exchange OR on itrade.
RETURN
The treasury would expect return of loan in 60 days or less.
QUALIFICATION
1. You must be an ePakistani with a verified and genuine account.
2. You must not have any multiple accounts or be under suspicion of such activity.
3. You must either have established credibility with the treasury OR present a credible person who would act as you grantor.

Worst idea ever. You cannot make a profit in the market by selling your weapons.
Please produce the previous loan list and the recovery on those loans...
Let me do the math behind this insane proposal.
10g is equal to 4700 pkr todays price
Q1 produces 12 q1 weapons at a WRM cost of 12 pkr and a retail value of 9.96
Q2 produces 12 q2 weapons at a WRM cost of 22 pkr and a retail value of 12 pkr.
Both cases the person who takes the loan loses money or has to make additional WRM so that he self produces that too. The second he sells, he is selling at a loss.
I'm not including the taxes in this calculation.

I like these type of programs if they r done in proper manner because this will help us our new players and a motivation for them to take intererest in this game but we h'ave to manage proper because in previous loan i think we can't recover gold from but this we should take this serious 🙂

Bilal, this isn't being used to benefit anyone, if you are giving the gold away for free, I will support that but you are scamming the public with your stupid idea.
We are not giving out gold 'free'. Read up vrsoldiers comment.
Than you are cheating the people of ePakistan by telling them of your not so great offer.
Because anyone who takes this 10 gold loan, has to cut into his/her own gold earning via hard-worker medal and super solider medal to repay it back.
The investment in the factory will never pay this loan back in 60 days.
We are helping them to upgrade companies not taking anything... You can read up all my comments again.

They apply for loan if they wish to upgrade their companies. As its hard for Non Gold buyers.

Many people don't pay back the loan. Make sure that doesn't happen as it makes the people, who did pay back, regret it. : )
Annihilator10, I already asked for a list of people given loans in the past and the recovery, according to dodial it was 100% but no list.
Those who took loans in the past, have already upgraded their weapons factory, should they get a loan again.
This entire loan comes at a bad time, where Return on Investment is in the minus, players who take the loan will have to tap into alternative funding to pay back the loan. Less money in the economy basically.

Increases demand in local market, increases population, increases money/gold circulation.
Sorry my friend, but much like TheJakal i too must criticize this idea. If you want to give a loan. Give it for upgrading training grounds. It's, in my opinion, THE BEST way to get gold.
Such plans can't guarantee a 100% recovery when the rules of the games are dynamic and subject to any unpredictable change. On top of that a citizen can stop playing anytime.
So should the Govt do nothing to enable its citizens to benefit from un-announced offers?
There is an offer on company upgrades. To make the most out of it the Govt proposes this plan for the citizens who want to upgrade but they r short of gold.
I hope the Govt will keep a list of the loan beneficiaries and recovery.

The condition "to sell the produced weapons only in Pak( i suppose unless you don't pay the loan)" can be argued. But calling the whole idea to be an "Insane Proposal" and "Worst Idea" is insane in itself.
