Hello to everyone in eRepublik!

I'm Eugene Just II, a journalist from Belarus. I'm also working in game as a mentor, giving help to newbies, as well as Belarusian translation team leader (we do translate the game to our native language).

This week Belarus continues struggling with Latvia, after several successful attacks when Belarusian soldiers with comrades from allied countries took Latgale, Kurzeme and Zemgale. Now the situation has changed, mostly because of formation of Asteria and Sirius alliances.

A lot of effort was given to save the highest level of relations with Ukraine and Lithuania (even now people are dreaming to unite LT and BY and create new Grand Duchy of lithuania in New World), despite the fact that these 2 neighboring countries are in Sirius whereas Belarus is in Asteria. Nevertheless Hungary and Serbia make international cooperation more and more interesting. E.g. you can read an interview with the ambassador of Hungary.

Belarusian government is working well. They've signed several MPPs with allied countries, articles for newbies are being published 3 times a week, BelarusBank (MoF) is doing it's best on MM. Hello, New World, this is Thessaloniki, Greece calling.

So about a week has passed since the CP elections and our country is rather uneasy. For the first time TheUnit Yack tried his luck at his new job . The opposition was also uneasy. They were struggling to criticize Yack’s work since his first minute at his new job , and because of that the air felt uneasy. Also in the Lithuanian military leader election Adolf. H. was chosen.

War:
We strategically managed to conquer Norway’s bonus Scania region . Combat was really difficult , because we were fighting against 3 Asgard countries , but we were not alone in these wars - Great Britain helped us a lot and fought together against Asgard’s alliance. We also got help from our old and time-tested friends like Poland , and some other countries. Therefore, it's a little easier for us to struggle.

Alliance:
Soon there will be a referendum in which people will decide in which alliance do they want to belong , so far there are 3 choices .

Culture:
e - Lithuania is already living in the mood for Valentine's Day , there were even three contests related to this topic : Valentine's Day mailbox , Valentine’s cards and the most beloved erep Valentine girl .

Another very important date is coming up, which will without doubt be celebrated by the Ministry of Culture, it’s the RL date , but under the statute it must be mentioned. It is Februaries 16 Freedom and Independence Day, when Lithuania freed itself from the Russian siege .

Taigi jau praėjo apie savaitę nuo CP rinkimų, šalyje šiokie tokie neramumai. Savo jėgas pirmą kartą išbandoTheUnit Yack. Opozicija taip pat nerimsta. Stengiasi kiritkuoti Yack darbą jau nuo pirmų jo darbo minučių,tvyrauja šiokia tokia įtampa.Taip pat neseniai praūžė Lietuvos Karo vado rinkimai, kuriuose naujas vadas paskelbtas Adolf. H.

Karas:
Sužaidus strategiškai pavyko užkariauti Norvegijos bonusinį regioną Scania. Kovos tikrai ganėtinai sunkios, nespireš mus kovoja 3 Asgard vieningos šalys, tačiau karuose mes taip pat ne vieni- nemažai mums padeda Didžioji Britanija ir kovoja kartu prieš Asgard aljansą. Tačiau pagalbos taip pat sulaukiame ir iš senųjų ir laiko patikrintų draugų- Lenkijos, bei kitų šalių. Todėl tai šiek tiek palengvina mūsų kovas.

Aljansas:
Greitu laiku šalyje įvyks referendumas, kurio metu tauta apsispręs kokiam aljansui nori priklausyti, kol kas yra 3 pasirinkimai.

Kultūra:
e-Lietuva jau gyvena Valentino dienos nuotaikomis, išėjo net 3 konkursai susiję su šia tematika: Valentino dienos paštas, Valentino atvirukas ir Mylimiausia erep Valentino mergina.
Taip pat artėja dar viena labai svarbi data, kuria beabejones Kultūros ministeriją paminės, tai yra RL data, tačiau pagal statutą ją privalu paminėti. Tai yra vasario 16 laisvės ir nepriklausomybės diena, kada Lietuvaišsilaisvino iš Rusų apgultiems.
