Cody Frost-‘Lay All Your Love On Me’ & Cody Frost - ‘Another Brick In The Wall’: Knockout

Of course, her performance on the quarter finals was also influenced by Boy George, although his love for the 80s New Wave could have played a bad joke on Cody. Despite Cody's great scenography and decent performance, Duran Duran's "Ordinary World" did not seem to be her piece.

The same cannot be said for his team’s choice of a song for the finals. Maybe influenced by Gary Jules’ “Tears For Fears” (I am more inclined to believe the second version), "Mad World" won the hearts of the fans and rejoined the top ten of the world's best performances.
Much sensitivity, simple, amazing scenography and Cody in quite another light and stage behavior. Given that she appeared in the finals after having problems with the voice, I can’t help but pay my respect to her.

The reason for her indisposition were the semi-finals, where her voice changed out of the blue, altough she still sang her song in a brilliant way. My personal opinion is that if it were her performance at the final, she would’ve certainly won it. Here the team resorted to Fleetwood Mac's “Chain”. Cody was herself on the stage and in spite of having learnt a moves, she was completely released, as if the piece is written for her. I do not know why, maybe it is her rebellious way of dressing or behavior, but something in her reminds me of Amy Winehouse. Whatever it is, in any case the "Chain" was really a great performance!

Let's wish Cody success in her musical career. And may she not have Amy’s demons or get infatuated by glory, because Cody has a tremendous potential!🙂
