Good Day eUS citizens. I’ve been asked to publish this article on behalf of a group. Sometimes, you just need to rank things. Sometimes you need to rank people, elite people. This list has been made anonymously by people in multiple parties and aims to bring back the tradition of ranking top citizens. Hadrian did it that one time, so – a tradition. Trying to avoid bots is like trying to avoid the wind. Enjoy!
Herr Vootsman - Supreme Lord Commander. Some people see Jesus on toast, we see Voots.
Patanok - Ultimate Shadow Lord - Here, There, Everywhere.
Thee Dude - The most peaceful executive in the eUS. Possibly an alt account from Barney the Dinosaur!
Bob Boudahili - Congress Lord, but like a good guy - Please don’t leave the game, we would descend further into an existential crisis.
Shefetzu - MoD/TW/FA savior. He’s quiet, practical, loyal, and dedicated. Also hard to spell.
Henry William French - Legendary BSP King. The least fun person at a party…EVER.
SteffanoS - WTP de facto leader in the absence of old-timers. The wild and crazy love child of Groot and Dom. Beloved by everyone.
Paul Proteus - Domestic META King. His pen is mightier than his sword, but his sword is…well, less good
Rainy Sunday - The Forum (™). ‘Tis dead…Long live the forum.
Super Nova - Supreme data-driven player - personality less clear
Dominar Rygel XVI - Public avatar of the WTP, or second-rate Trump. Take your pick.
Melissa Rose - Domestic META Queen. Prickly, like a cactus.
Pfenix Quinn - Elite-level intellectual writer - Trying to keep the SFP band of merry socialists active.
Stormin EwokJedi - RR Founder - Keeper of a shit-list, obsessed with V1 of eRep and for some reason still dislikes S.E.E.S.
Shiloh13 - Old eUS dog, fighter, veteran - respected in all aspects of the game
Gnilraps - Shadow looms. On this list just due to his free rent in WTP's collective heads
George Armstrong Custer - 100% full activity since returning. Is this a 2 pump chump, or here for the long haul? Who knows but he writes a lot.
Yui MHCP001 - King of Resource Wars - Lurking master of Discord, holds a finger on the button. Which button? Unclear.
Zur1en - eUS Newcomer of the year - Bot lord, not a bot lord, friends will all, friends with himself, so much speculation!
Ubuntu21 - Military leader, shadowy master of IES - less style without Gnil around
Stef40 - BSP Sheep Lord - “Call me Sheep one more time…”

Arrden - Most active BSP in govt - Tried to work with people, got upset, back to Sheepville. Rinse repeat.

Linguistically incorrect in this context. As she is clearly the subject (and therefore noun) it would relegate "domestic" to the function of adjective, as it is a description of the noun. The adjective definition, in this case, would suggest that "domestic" applies to the idea of a territory (whether homeland or home). That implies a completely different connotation than the noun definition.
But, if you are hung up on the idea of domestic being a noun, you could also have gone with the idea that she is "American-Made" Meta Queen.
However it is easy to infer that the comment was intended as a slight, as you clearly chose one definition of the first four to pop up on a google search that many would suggest casts the most shade upon being associated with. And interesting, albeit narrow-minded, attempt.
