Escape from Dictator Island! - Day 7

Day 2,823, 23:29 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Mr Woldy

Citizens!

Move orders have been received, and combats have been resolved!
A quick summary is as follows:
Two participants entered the same quadrant.
There has been one combat and one fatality!
The location of the Golden Johnnies has been revealed to one participant!

Here is a quick overview of the map and movements as it stands at the end of day 6:

OH WAIT, The EMP is still active, silly me. Need proof? Look at the blue squiggly stuff all over the map. Next turn, all past movements will be revealed.!

The following combats were resolved:
Hidden location: (Golden Johnnie Detection Device VS. Tinder Box + Flint) The first participant spotted the other, and was not seen by his counterpart. He decided to attack, gaining +1 strength from an ambush bonus. They drew their first round of combat, but in the second round the attacker defeated and killed his opponent, smacking him around the chops with his detection device. The defender failed a miracle roll, and bled out in the fields of Dictator Island. The attacker gained a Tinder Box and Flint.

The following Searches Occurred:
6 participants searched a potential point of interest (PPOI).
The first passed their intel roll, and found a cast iron door at the foot of a mountain with a dog, possibly a beagle, engraved on it. They have been given the choice to search further next turn. They passed their luck roll and kept their next go.
The second passed an intel roll and found a brochure entitled ‘places the Dictator always visits’, which lists some possible locations the Golden Johnnies may have been discarded. They failed their luck roll and have lost their next movement.
The third passed their intel roll and found a Bobloist Temple. They revealed a relic they had stolen in a previous turn, and was granted an item - the Spear of Boblo - and were granted a vision revealing the location of the Golden Johnnies. They passed their luck roll and kept their next turn.
The fourth passed their intel roll, but the site was empty. They passed a luck roll and kept their next go.
The fifth failed their intel roll and found nothing. They passed their luck roll and kept their next go.
The sixth passed their intel roll and found what appears to be some sort of control room. They have been given the choice to investigate further in subsequent turns. They failed their luck roll and lost their next go.

Miscellanea:
Two players did not take their turn.
One text message was sent.

Players now need to input their move for day 7!
Use the same form as before!
You can now input searches (if you think you know where you are) to help save time!

Thanks for reading,
Mr Woldy.
