eBolivia: I lied, no Congress... Plus UCA?

So, two updates real quick. First, I lied. eBolivia had some regions for a bit, but does NOT yet have a Congress. Oops.

Also, there are some rumblings in the eBolivian press and forums, not sure how serious, or how this would happen, but about several RL players trying to get a "United Central America" added to the map. Rather than individual countries, they would like one country, with each of the countries located in Central America representing a region. Interesting idea. I'll keep you updated on how much popularity it gathers, and what, if anything, they do to try to make this happen, but first, a few thoughts on it:

1) It's kind of silly to start a political party in one eCountry trying to lobby for the creation of a new eCountry, huh?
2) Given that eBolivia doesn't even have enough people to get and maintain a region through a Congress election, is it really smart to organize in eBolivia of all places? I would think the eBolivian community would NOT want to lose its RL CA players right now, but that could just be me...
