Now having time to write a articles that are not DoD related after being fired, I decided that it is the right time to write something about the current issue of the day, eChile and the talks Vs the resistances.
eChile has had our nation for a number of months, I dont know much about what happened until ranger came in and I as Head of Ambassador Program for a week, then DoD up to now. But eChile took us over, refused to talk to ranger because they didnt like him and we opened up discussions with eChile...
eChile DOES NOT want to be friends with us, They do not care for us, our small population isnt a threat to them and they know we spend around $84421.76 (Last NT battle we won at start of rangers term) just in #brostralia. This is clearly too much to spend each battle, Which is why we are looking for a peaceful end to this, Because eChile can afford to suppress us and eAustralia can not afford to continue to fight at current costs, If we took Brostralia away from it, We will not win, We cannot win without the mercs.
And so this brings us to current budget estimates for this month, eAustralia cannot afford the Department of Defense this month if we continue to overspend. $315,000 for ADF, $400,000 for MU funding and $70,000 for #Brostralia, Which you can notice is under what we spend in one battle.
From my sit ins in Government meetings with Chile, Which has only started in the past few days contrarily to popular belief, I have listened to eChile empire propaganda, Things like "We will tell you in 3-4 days" which is basically "Get out of our hair for 3-4 days, Then we will say no and call you disloyal like the past"
Last night, I sat in on a meeting with the dMoFA of eUSA and the eChile Ambassador to eUSA, Both were nice guys, But both agreeded that our requests are unreasonable and agreed that the eChile requests are reasonable, Which i also agree are reasonable. "We will give you back one region and see how it goes."
I think eChile has no reason to give our regions back from the arguments we have proposed to them, And we have no reason to expect them to. If i was eChile, I would ignore us, If i was eAustralia, I would do resistance battles.
And trust me, This is more then Greg revealed to senate, Grats eAustralia!

Chile had stated as much in their articles ages ago about maybe give a region or so back if we were good & learned our place.

Wow, sour grapes indeed to release Govt secrets James. I would also like to mention that from reading the logs of that meeting, you certainly have changed your tune. In the meeting you did everything but offer to suck on certain Chile appendages. Now you have changed your mind since being sacked...
Binda, I did this because i was told that we need to get eChile on board, And theres no better way then to suck up.

Let's place bets on how long it takes for Greg to fire Rellori. My bet is less than a day. Not to mention condemnation and potential banishment by the Senate for releasing information vital to national security.
I appreciate that someone has the courage to say from their perspective what the **** they think is going on. Very enlightening, and very helpful, and if you have a different opinion - please be generous enough to share it.
I was under the illusion that at least those doing the negotiations were on the same page. I can see that is not the case. Sigh. Well, maybe I can place my faith in a programming error that will suddenly change the mechanics of the game.

James, while admire you input and honesty, I also know why you were sacked, and it has nothing to do with the above 🙂. I do agree with, all we have done is replaced Indo with Chile. Chile like Indo want us to sit back, fight their battles and they will pat us on the head and tells us what good western children we have been while not giving a real crap. These talks just leave them to attack other allies and frankly if the USA agreed with them we should be telling them to GFY as well.
TJ, Rellori was fired before this article, probably the reason for the article, and one reason of why he was fired. I guess he likes to think he knows the whole story of whats going on, but he really doesnt, he's just the ex MoD.

Well James, your motives are suspect and if you wern't sacked before this article you should certainly be afterwoods.
But having said that, thank you for doing so. I am in no way surprised the Govt does not want to make the situation known. Gosh it would make them - and by definition Australia look so weak.

both rather second rate - Australia doesn't rate anyone more important. You should have thanked them both courteously & then came back to eAus & prepared to fight.

Yes, I was already fired before i wrote this article, No the article was not some sort of revenge article, This article is more then i know the senate had at the time of my firing and the only thing i dont have are the logs, Which i stupidly only posted in the MoFA fourms and not saved.

James you have no idea the diplomatic furore you're single-handedly responsible for causing with allies. eAustralia has critical decisions to make and you have neither the mental capacity or the slightest comprehension for game mechanics to even begin to understand what's involved. Stay in your corner out of government until you have gained a basic understanding on how eRepublik works. THis is why eAustralia is suffering above all else - people and their RL views irrelevant to the game.
Im not sure where my RL views came into this...
Also, Greg offered me the chance to resign yesterday, I told him im not leaving the DoD in a worst position then when i started, He fired me a few hours later.
Glad to see he appreciates someone who works hard, Why should any of us work hard for him now if he just fires us back for payment.

If i was eChile, I would ignore us x2. Not sure about the RW part though, I see the logic behind, you know, NOT attacking the people we're negotiating with.
There is also a logic IN attacking the people we're negotiating with.
Both viewpoints are valid.

Louise, that's something I've never understood. If I were chilean (which I certainly am not), and the people I was negotiating with were fighting at the same time as talking, esp as most of them seem too think we're traitors of some sort, would not put me in the mood to be nice, or listen at all.

U did forget to mention the worthlessness of your allies which is the one & only reason eAussie is in this situation in the first place.
Keep fighting the good fight eAussies. If it wasn't so hopelessly sad I'd almost laugh.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out u can't afford to hold any regions from eChile even if u do win a battle here & there.
Thx for the insights. I see no future in negotiating our country and I see no future, either, in fighting the same RW with the same strategy. With limited resources and only a fistful of people fighting, most of the Gvt resources should go only to those fighters able to score the highest influence in every divisions (and I say fighters not citizens). The same principle should apply for mercs too.
The rest of us should employ own resources - as I am sure we already did - and help the fighters.
The fighters should be organised in order not to have 70 to 99 percent domination in one battle and 0% domination in the next battle. Of course, it is not possible to organize all but I think that having a small group in every division ready to engage when in needed is not an impossible task.
It is just my opinion, as a player and citizen of eAus, frustrated that our country is under occupation for so long.

One thing that really irritates me - the use of the word traitor - I am assuming Chileans don't know any better because they generally are ignorant of anything not Spanish, llamas or how to dance the Tango.
