Diary Diarrhea and Politics

Day 3,240, 09:17 Published in Canada Albania by Roger Griswald

Dear diary,

Today, I joined the Canadian Progressive Front.

After returning to eCanada, I have tried to play the political game from the fringes, however the slowing nature of the game has left little opportunity to influence decision makers—as the decision makers are incredibly limited in their options and the time they care to spend on a dying game.

As such, aided by the old motto “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em”, I have decided to join one of the major parties in the hopes of potentially become an eCanadian politician once more.

I hope to bring anger, stupidity, yelling, socialism and fun to Congress.

While it has been years since I was last elected to congress, I had been elected seven times under the EPIC banner (a long dead party). In congress I was active in proposing and challenging motions. Mostly, I just tried to advocate for ways to make this game interesting. Something more vital than ever.

I have chosen to join the CPF for two reasons;
1. It’s the most left-leaning of the big five; and I am a big-government, tax and spend socialist; and
2. Because the folks I like the most are members (mostly), and the fool I like the least is not (Rolo).

In the coming weeks I will publish my campaign article, but for now, here to the CPF.

More to come,

Roger Griswald
