Asteria and eUS Foreign/Military Updates

1. Code sent a bunch of airstrikes against Moldova and Portugal in a futile attempt to accomplish...something...and failed miserably. They either were blocked or the planes and bombs exploded just off their own coast North Korean style.

2. Unfortunately, Serbia is losing its cores to Croatia right now. We were able to gain Empire status a while ago when we held Croatian core regions.

3. Everywhere else Asteria is winning and has really been the top alliance for quite some time now. Well done VOOTS.

4. The eUS defended recently vs. Turkey, Russia, and Arabia. Please continue to watch the battle walls and help wherever possible.

Congress Updates

1. Very little is happening currently but in the past two months, SteffanoS was un-blacklisted in a contentious vote. The winning side of the vote claimed it was it ensure WTP followed protocols and caused fewer headaches. The losing side claimed this damages the "power" of a blacklist and makes it seem more like a slap on the wrist. The two sides were very divided without many in the middle.

2. The other vote that occurred was mostly along party lines was rejecting Custer's "Bribes and Beer" budget. The budget itself was tiny and insignificant. The winning side of the vote claimed this was a bad precedent and too silly to be officially voted in. The losing side said it was a joke and just an attempt at humor and player engagement. This vote was mostly along party lines except in the Rough Riders where players voted yes, no, and abstain.
