Come già annunciato nel programma di Zio Vanja abbiamo deciso che conosceremo e ci faremo conoscere dai nostri alleati di Asteria.
Uno dei mezzi che useremo saranno le interviste ai leader dei paesi che ne fanno parte per cui abbiamo sottoposto 8 domande ai loro CP e dittatori ed il primo che ci ha risposto è il dittatore serbo Backoovan.

Raramente nella mia esperienza in Erep ho incontrato giocatori più gentili e preparti e lo ringrazio ancora pubblicamente. ma iniziamo
1 )Which are Your community's qualities and defects?

Quali sono le qualità e i difetti della tua comunità?

eSerbia is the most specific comunity in all of eRepublik. Most people cannot grasp the size and sheere number of layers it has. Today even, when erepublik and eSerbia alongside it is at it's lowest point, eSerbia has the largest and most diverse population in eWorld.

Number of different age groups, education levels, political affinities or profiles in general, makes working and living in eSerbia both heaven and hell.
This is a doublesided sword, like in the old serbian saying, that makes us strong and who we are in the overall history of this game, but also weak because of the constant changes and conflicts it feeds.

eSerbia is loud, rude, loving, fighting, caring, gentle and harsh..all in one.. like an italian family 🙂

We fight each other so often and so much that it seems it is a conflict with no end. Nobody can remmember how it started and nobody knows when it will end. Probably its end will be the end of eRepublik.
That constant conflict gives birth to new ideas, keeps people ready and on alert.
Once a common foe is introduced our focus becomes the motherland and all the energy and effort is used for mutual goals and benefits.. Yet, sometimes the excesive amount of this built up energy can make us do irational things and listen to our hearts rather than our minds.

eSerbia è la comunità più specifica di tutto eRepublik. Molte persone non riescono a cogliere le dimensioni e il numero di strati che ha. Anche oggi, quando erepublik ed eSerbia al suo fianco sono nel punto più basso, eSerbia ha la popolazione più grande e diversificata in eWorld.

Numero di diverse fasce di età, livelli di istruzione, affinità politiche o profili in generale, rendono il lavoro e la vita in Serbia sia il paradiso che l'inferno.
Questa è un'arma a doppio filo, come nel vecchio detto serbo, che ci rende forti e che siamo nella storia complessiva di questo gioco, ma anche deboli a causa dei continui cambiamenti e conflitti che alimenta.

eSerbia è rumorosa, scortese, amorevole, combattente, premurosa, gentile e aspra ... tutto in uno .. come una famiglia italiana 🙂

Ci combattiamo così spesso e così tanto che sembra che sia un conflitto senza fine. Nessuno può ricordare come è iniziato e nessuno sa quando finirà. Probabilmente la sua fine sarà la fine di eRepublik.
Quel conflitto costante dà vita a nuove idee, mantiene le persone pronte e in allerta.
Una volta introdotto un nemico comune, la nostra attenzione diventa la madrepatria e tutta l'energia e lo sforzo vengono utilizzati per obiettivi e benefici reciproci. Tuttavia, a volte la quantità eccessiva di questa energia accumulata può farci fare cose irazionali e ascoltare i nostri cuori anziché le nostre menti.

2 )Is there a welfare system?

Avete un sistema di welfare?

eSerbia has had many programes in its past (and present) made to aid and motivate propper development of players.
We are not known for many premium players, prepared to spend ridiculous amounts of money, but rather for a huge amount of good enough players.
This is a huge topic and would take me hours to explain all the details and work done just in the first couple of years after eSerbia was introduced.
These programs changed and adapted over the years in order to follow the needs of our society, army and also the game updates given to us by Plato.

Today we have an active ministry of health, in charge of food distribution and basic education for weaker players (bellow 200k strenght, group captain, legend).
We also have an active telegram chat, dedicated to air strikes. Our group there has some 230 players talking, having fun and fighting together in air battles at the command of CP/dictator and our MOD(ministry of defence) team. All damage done is refunded with cc and the best and most active players get special rewards at the end of the month.
In the end we have the packs programe that is designed to finance maveric, power and blitz packs for carefully selected players that cannot afford to buy it themselves.
It is the most elaborate programe and the highest peak a civilian player can achieve when it comes to government subsidies.
Any player can reach this point with enough effort and dedication.

eSerbia ha avuto molti programmi nel suo passato (e presente) realizzati per aiutare e motivare lo sviluppo dei giocatori .
Non siamo conosciuti per molti giocatori premium, pronti a spendere ridicole quantità di denaro, ma piuttosto per una quantità enorme di giocatori abbastanza bravi.
Questo è un argomento enorme e mi occorrerebbero ore per spiegare tutti i dettagli e il lavoro svolto solo nei primi due anni dopo l'introduzione di eSerbia.
Questi programmi sono cambiati e adattati nel corso degli anni al fine di seguire le esigenze della nostra società, dell'esercito e anche degli aggiornamenti di gioco forniti da Plato.

Oggi abbiamo un ministero attivo della salute, responsabile della distribuzione del cibo e dell'istruzione di base per i giocatori più deboli (forza 200k, capitano di gruppo, leggenda).
Abbiamo anche una chat di telegram attiva, dedicata agli attacchi aerei. Il nostro gruppo ha circa 230 giocatori che parlano, si divertono e combattono insieme in battaglie aeree al comando di CP / dittatore e della nostra squadra MOD (ministero della difesa). Tutti i danni arrecati vengono rimborsati con cc e i giocatori migliori e più attivi ottengono ricompense speciali alla fine del mese.
Alla fine abbiamo il programma di pacchetti progettato per finanziare pacchetti di maveric, power e blitz per giocatori accuratamente selezionati che non possono permettersi di acquistarli da soli.
È il programma più elaborato ed è il picco più alto che un civile possa raggiungere quando si tratta di sussidi governativi.
Ogni giocatore può raggiungere questo punto con sufficiente impegno e dedizione.

3 )Is there a system of coordination between the various MUs?

Esiste un sistema di coordinamento tra le diverse MU?

Yes, of course there is.
I feel reluctant to share such details in a public article but lets say we have Army HQ group that is used for priority updates and basic field plans and proposals.

Sì, certo che c'è.
Mi sento riluttante a condividere tali dettagli in un articolo pubblico, ma diciamo che abbiamo un gruppo HQ dell'esercito che viene utilizzato per aggiornamenti prioritari , piani di battaglia e proposte .

4 )What do you think of the current situation?

Cosa pensi della situazione attuale?

I have seen much better, but also much worse days.
I am here for over a decade. History repeats itself. This is just one of lower points in the curve of eTime.
We shall prevail and rise again, bringing darkness to all those who dare doubt and question us.

Ho visto giorni molto migliori, ma anche molto peggiori.
Sono qui da oltre un decennio. La storia si ripete. Questo è solo uno dei punti più bassi della curva di eTime.
Dovremo prevalere e risorgere, portando l'oscurità a tutti coloro che osano dubitare e non credere in noi.

5 )What do you think is the weight of Italy in Asteria?

Quale pensi che sia il peso dell'Italia in Asteria?

Italy is massive in any regard and in every company.
As long as there is eSerbia existing on eRepublik, eItaly will have our respect and support and those who disagree will learn the truth the hard way.

While little nations started running towards those who cry for a living after the scales of pixels tipped in their favour, Italy has showed independance and vision.

Damage, currency, gold, medals, regions..all those are just empty pixels on a screen. No value and no wisdome there.
People's actions, attitude, words and effort is what matters. That is what binds us together. Have an idea, have visions.

There is no shame in being erased.
No shame in suffering an honorable defeat.
But there is much shame in running away from a good fight.

Italy is a top country in all things that matter to me and all true gamers.

L'Italia è enorme sotto ogni aspetto e in ogni azienda.
Finché esiste eSerbia su eRepublik, eItaly avrà il nostro rispetto e supporto e coloro che non sono d'accordo impareranno la verità nel modo più duro.

Mentre le piccole nazioni hanno iniziato a correre verso coloro che piangono per vivere dopo che la scala dei pixel è stata a loro favore, l'Italia ha mostrato indipendenza e visione.

Danni, valuta, oro, medaglie, regioni ... tutti quelli sono solo pixel vuoti su uno schermo. Nessun valore e nessuna giurisdizione lì.
Le azioni, l'atteggiamento, le parole e lo sforzo delle persone sono importanti. Questo è ciò che ci lega insieme. Avere un'idea, avere visioni.

Non c'è vergogna nell'essere cancellato.
Nessuna vergogna nel subire una sconfitta onorevole.
Ma c'è molta vergogna nel fuggire da una buona lotta.

L'Italia è un paese di punta in tutte le cose che contano per me e per tutti i veri giocatori



6 )How do you feel with King Ragnar as SG?

Come ti trovi con King Ragnar come SG?

While I was amazed with Italian move towards and into Asteria, I did not know what to expect from Ragnar since we did not know each other before this term.

Was I to expect a huge ego Visa player, full of himself on the internet..compensating for his real life shortcomings?

Nah thats the other Italian dude.. one playing for those who cry for a living.

Was I to find another little demigod, trying to make a name for himself?

I have a guard towards players with strong profiles, I wait to see their skills and knowledge.. because.. you know strong profile is like a good family name. It can get you into places you dont deserve and dont belong into.
I have seen a fair share of visa players getting more attention and afection then they deserve. A weak profile player in a strong position had to work ten times harder, to fight prejudice and judgement of all others.. that weak guy had to earn the respect of all those big egos on order to be followed and listened to.

I am full of prejudice you might say?
No. Just cautious.

Ragnar?

I feel like i am 300 levels stronger profile. 10 ranks ahead of him.

Most down to earth guy, modest and friendly.
Asteria hasnt had better relations within in ages..thanks to Ragnar.

I expected worst of him and I got a true friend and allie.
I am not the kind of person to gain trust fast, but he made me ashamed of my prejudice.

I am honored to call this man my SG and first of all my friend.

Mentre ero stupito dal passaggio italiano verso e in Asteria, non sapevo cosa aspettarmi da Ragnar poiché non ci conoscevamo prima di questo momento.

Mi sarei aspettato un giocatore "modello Visa" con un enorme ego, pieno di se stesso su Internet ... che compensa le sue carenze nella vita reale?

No, questo è l'altro tizio italiano ... uno che suona per coloro che piangono per vivere.

Dovevo trovare un altro semidio, cercando di farsi un nome?

Sto in guardia nei confronti di giocatori con profili forti, aspetto di vedere le loro abilità e conoscenze .. perché .. sai che il profilo forte è come un buon nome di famiglia. Può portarti in posti che non meriti e in cui non appartieni.
Ho visto una buona parte dei giocatori "modello Visa" ottenere più attenzione e affetto di quel che meritano. Un giocatore di profilo debole in una posizione forte ha dovuto lavorare dieci volte di più, per combattere i pregiudizi e il giudizio di tutti gli altri .. quel ragazzo debole ha dovuto guadagnare il rispetto di tutti quei grandi ego per essere seguito e ascoltato.

Sono pieno di pregiudizi che potresti dire?
No. Solo cauto.

Ragnar?

Mi sento come se avessi un profilo più forte di 300 livelli. 10 gradi davanti a lui.

Il più modesto ragazzo, modesto e amichevole.
Asteria non ha avuto relazioni migliori all'interno da secoli ... grazie a Ragnar.

Mi aspettavo di peggio da lui e ho avuto un vero amico e un alleato.
Non sono il tipo di persona che guadagna rapidamente la fiducia, ma mi ha fatto vergognare del mio pregiudizio.

Sono onorato di chiamare quest'uomo il mio SG e prima di tutto il mio amico.

Dicci qualcosa su di te

I dont know if you want to know about who I am in real life or about my erepublik persona.
I am from Serbia, so i would fit most stereotypes about serbians.. especially the rakija one 🙂
34 years old, married, got kids.. wasnt married when I started playing this game🙂

I am an old gamer, since the old nintendo and gameboy.. Now it is just erepublik left, perhaps nostalgia is just the thing that keeps me going

Non so se vuoi sapere chi sono nella vita reale o sulla mia persona erepublik.
Vengo dalla Serbia, quindi mi piacerebbe adattarsi alla maggior parte degli stereotipi sui serbiani .. specialmente quello della rakija 🙂
34 anni, sposato, ho figli .. non era sposato quando ho iniziato a giocare a questo gioco🙂

Sono un vecchio giocatore, dal momento che il vecchio Nintendo e il gameboy .. Ora è rimasto solo erepublik, forse la nostalgia è proprio la cosa che mi fa andare avanti.
