AMERICA … AMERICA … Home of Congress :3 (Problem ONE?)

So, even though I don’t have a scheduled date for when I release articles, I’ve looked back and realised I’m kinda predictable …. Always expect one the day after any elections … I like looking back at what happened and briefly dissecting it like Jack the Ripper and … I’mma gonna leave that though there actually.

So, the agenda today! –

1) – Third time lucky IS the charm!
2) – Post-Election Lookback

Also, no lolcats from this point in this issue … I think I’ve tired out of them for the moment … Maybe next issue 😉



1) – Third Time Lucky works \o/

So, I finally got into congress \o/! Texas is my state right now, and it’s a lovely state full of sand, snakes and OIL! And I did what I set out to do so far! To start on the path of removing George W Bush’s stain on Texan history by being a stupid President.

To those who supported me … Thankyou 😃 … to mention a few names I know helped are – Israel Stevens, David Wilson, Play566, Eric Vanderberg. Thanks to you guys and the rest of you who voted for me, I can now taste what congress has to offer!

I owe you all :3



2) – Post-Election Lookback

So, congress this month was just as fierce as last month. Lord knows that every party gave it their all and certainly made every candidate sweat! I know that my race certainly had be cheering and groaning … at least up until the point I went to sleep.

There were plenty of surprises – Leroy lost in California. Needless to say, that shocked me the most, considering I always deemed Cali safe because of Leroy running there. Also, there was one hell of an aggressive PTO in New York. How the Feds let this happen I don’t know, but I feel compelled to say that it certainly shouldn’t of happened. It’s almost reminiscent of the USWP’s blunder the month before that lead to PtH managing to get onto the ballot in a colony (That we RW’d so he wouldn’t get in).

The good news is, he lost after all top 5 parties banded together to make sure he didn’t get in. so in that case, USWP got a seat at the Feds expense. Maybe now, they’ll pay attention!

Today’s Featured Article is from – Uxini

Uxini is probably most well known for his articles on World Empires – Who has the most colonies, the most resources, who doesn’t have regions etc. This time around, he gave us all a little history lesson in alliances. I will admit, I knew a couple, but there were many I didn’t, and this article was certainly an eye opener!

Definitely a good read if you wanna understand a bit of the history in the game!
