Companies Profitability in Israel

This article analyzes the changes in the profitability of companies in Israel due to the resource wars event. Todau the new resources Israel obtained during the event became an integral part of Israel's regions. The new resources provide a total bonus of 60% in Food companies and 40% in weapons companies. As I believe no one in Israel is building houses I did not include housing companies in the analysis. Please note that the information is updated according to the current average market prices, the current tax values in Israel and according to the current average salary. The article does not consider various factors as self-production of raw materials and its usage, low raw material prices etc.


RESOURCES AND BONUSES

Israel has managed to obtain resources for each of its regions. Three regions contain Food resources and two regions contain weapon resources. The new production bonus is set at 60% for food and FRM and 40% for weapons and WRM. Considering the fact that Israel is one of the smallest countries in the eWorld, both in terms of territory and population, these new resources can be very effective. This change may actually boost the economy of permanent Israeli citizens.


ECONOMY STATS

The current tax values in Israel are approximately identical to the average eCountry. One unusual detail is the salaries offered in the Israeli job market, which are high comparing to other small countries. Although it is seen by most citizens as a good thing, it is actually an obstacle for the employers who can’t profit from this situation. The high salaries effect the average salary. As it gets higher the value of the work tax gets higher as well. The work tax percentage may be low but its actual value is high compared to other small eNations. The VAT value is average and only has a small influence on the sellers.


MARKET STATS

The prices in the Israeli market are above the world average due to lack of production by the Israeli citizens. The prices considered in this article are according to the average prices of products in the world. Please note that the ‘selling price’ section represents the price in which products are sold in the Israeli market AFTER reducing the VAT from the original price. Unfortunately the prices are quite low compared to the raw material cost, which is another obstacle that is put on the businessmen between us.

WORK AS MANAGER

Working as manager is profitable almost in all companies except for low quality weapons companies. Note that the expenses include raw material cost (according to the market), taxes (work tax and VAT) and the cost of energy it takes to work. The incomes are the selling of the products. The rank represents the most profitable company.


HIRING EMPLOYEES

The results are sad. There is not even one profitable company in Israel. The high salaries are the main reason. The analysis are taking in consideration every factory involved in the process. It may be changed from day to day but the fact that none of the companies are profitably if you hire employees will most likely stay as it is.


TO SUM UP

If you have food companies or high quality weapons companies (Q6-Q7 recommended), work at them every day as manager. It is profitable for both you and Israel. If you are looking to hire employees, do not do so unless you produce raw materials by yourself or buy it in a discounted price (or you do not care losing money).
