You asked how many discoverers with that name I had, I answered you and I can name some more but on the other hand, you can't name any discoverer because you don't have any.
Being rightfull, the alleged discoverers of the new world didn't make anything, they didn't discovered anything, Columbus, Gama, Vespucci, Magallanes or Cortes were explorers not discoverers.
They just got knowledge about it existence, something that many people known before. (Mostly vickings, Cathay early explorers and natives tho).

The humanity didn't discovered the fire, they discovered how to manage it and how to create it, because the fire did exist before the humans got knowledge about it.
