Dear citizens of Bolivia,
You may have noticed law 33921.
Given this childish attempt of the PTOers to discredit the Black Cat Commando, we feel that we have to reiterate our pledge to Bolivia. We will never steal from Bolivia. Our purpose is to keep Bolivia free and independent, and to fight all forces trying to take this away.
Whenever the enemies try to hurt Bolivia, it hurts us, but nothing will break our dedication to the country of Bolivia. NOTHING. We'll fight for Bolivia with all our strenght, with all our hearts!
If the law passes, through some strange twist of fate, we will donate the money back to the state, and keep none of it. We do not need payment from the state for our work. It is payment enough to know that what we do is in the interest of the country, and that is worth more than a million Gold.
Citizens of Bolivia, we salute you!

Bullies, that's what they are. Preferring fists to arguments. Thinking people will like them more if they beat 'em up.
