Ahoy thar! Tis I, CptChazbeard, current deputy MoD, Prime Minister, Commander of The Norwegian Liberation Front, dreamweaver and mother of dragons. I write today to tell you my plans for eWorld domination should I be elected.

At first I thought I was a mere placeholder but, with the backing of The Real Spamicans, I know sh*t has got real and I must take this seriously. So here is my eCV and manifesto.

The Length of my ePenis
Though I've only been 'active' for the past three months, prior to my sabbatical I've had quite a bit of experience in the game. Holding numerous roles under various governments and a few stints in congress. Though the military aspect of the game is where I've spent most of my time.

As Minister of Defence I've helped organise successful wipes of Canada, Norway, Belgium and Sweden, who ironically we wiped alongside the Russians back then. I then co-ordinated defences against revenge attacks from Canada, Portugal, France, Finland and Brazil. Ultimately after probably the most intense period of fighting the eUK has been under (104 straight battles with Canada alone!) we were eventually wiped by a joint Canadian-Brazilian invasion.

I didn't give up and eventually became Country President during this wipe. Aided by a fantastic cabinet I was fortunate enough to be at the helm of a massive blitz attack that successfully got rid of the Brazilians and Canadians.

Shortly after that I became the eUK's first dictator. This was a defensive move when that aspect of the game was first introduced and continued until very recently. Somewhat concerning is that this was a long time ago and the discussion over what to do with the dictator option still rumbles on.

I've learned much in my time, most importantly that you can't please everyone. So I won't try to, instead I'll merely put down what I would do if elected.

ALLIANCES
Geopolitics in the eWorld is in a bit of a mess currently and the Russian invasion highlighted why that, and our position, is a major problem.

The eUK has slowly but surely been finding a route to go down and the direction we seem to be heading is one that under current circumstances I whole heartedly agree with.

Immediately I would ratify this with congress and then continue on from Karaticus and AMD's hard work and accelerate the pace.

Inevitably we will have to forsake one or two MPPs but I'm certain it would be worth it.

COMMUNICATION
Whilst the puffery at the beginning may make it seem like I'm trying to take credit for an awful lot I'm realistic in knowing that I was a mere cog in the machine. What won us battles and eventually liberation was damage direction and allied support. Communication is what brought it all together.

Already we have excellent means of communication from the top down and I wish to expand upon this, especially where the Hellfire Club is concerned. Personally I would rather see the media filled with entertaining articles and have orders issued directly to our commanders and top fighters than 3 of the Top 5 articles being MoD orders.

MILITARY
As previously mentioned I wish to expand upon communication and get as many people involved as possible. This is predominantly to aid our military efficiency but also I think it's good, perhaps reassuring, for players to see activity away from the battlefield.

Hybrid Troops
With the Division Switcher option and D1 and D2 being awash with 'restarts' with over 100k strength I believe the long held idea of wallowing in the lower divisions in order to try and win a load of Battle Heros is redundant, indeed the notion of those being n00b friendly divisions is long past its sell by date.

Our D3 and D4 need reinforcements as does our Aviation. This term I want to start encouraging people to come up through the ranks and reinforce our higher divisions as best as possible.

Throughout this term I will encourage our new, young and lower division players to continue to train as they are but to focus most of their damage into aviation battles unless ordered otherwise. Under the current system this way they will be gaining strength as usual, but their experience will be ranking them up in aviation. Eventually the aviation module will certainly change with training grounds or a 'flight academy' or something, until then I think this is the best practice for the eUK.

War
First and foremost we need a little time to heal, whilst that is going on we will cement our geopolitical position. Secondly we still have threats coming from all directions, the Russians even stating they will return, and we must be ready for defence. Once the first is achieved and the second removed, I think we're long overdue a little adventure.

I will pro-actively seek out a meaningful war for the eUK this term. I want a scrap that helps out allies too, lest we forget that we owe a debt of gratitude to many of our allies. Once all nations concerned are in agreement with where we're heading, then I'm certain we can finally find out what this fun Sweden and Russia spoke of is all about.

MINISTRY OF....
When it comes to the Ministries I'm happy to let players with good ideas come on board and roam with relative freedom. Again I'm not the type of guy to make claims like “I will quadruple the eUK's finances with pyramid selling” or “YOU WILL HAVE FUNNNN!!!”. I'll run competitions and come up with schemes or whatever but I'm not going to make everyone shit double rainbows overnight.

Tl:dr...have experience, war, alliance, beef up military, can do writings.
