Join the new world

Alas you poor bloody eUKers it appears I am running for President once again. I do so more because I think I owe you a debt and if elected would like to think of the two terms as a story of two halves.
Though my media presence has been p*ss poor the past month I have been active every day getting done what needs to be done and I believe, following on from the work of the previous government, the eUK is in a much stronger position than it has been for quite some time.

There are a few reasons for this. Illness at the beginning of the term and the fact I was waiting for the excitement to come to us in terms of the war that never was this term. Metaphorically it's been like sitting at a desk on my own with a phone in front of me waiting for the all important call.

This term it would be more grab the bull by the horns; so on with the manifesto albeit brief and to the point.

WAR
The eUK will have at the very bare minimum one training war this month. Hopefully something meatier will finally occur but that will be the least we get.

If a meatier war doesn't surface then I will ensure we have a scrap on our hands before the anniversary boosters and bombs expire...pending congress approval ofc but I'm sure at least half of them are game.

MoD
Whether it a training war or not a direct conflict will allow scope to try out a few ideas. Firstly the Hellfire Club will be renewed and put into proper action once again. The strategy I have for the Tws will gain as much gold as possible for the nation without affecting our bonuses.
This group of players are a huge asset to the nation and I will try to expand the player base. Without war it's become covered in dust unfortunatley.

Royal Air Force
I'll go into further detail pending congresses approval but The Norwegian Liberation Front has now become The Royal Air Force for a reason. Basically we will encourage players, more so new/weak players, to rank up in aviation by way of COs (so we're not poaching existing players from MUs). Any cash made from these battles we'll encourage players to put in to Training Grounds. This way they'll be increasing in influence in both forms of warfare.

MoFA
I've been happy with our Foreign Affair strategy for the past few months and will continue down that road as I have been. We've gained some new friends this month and rekindled some old romances, however if congress are willing/wanting to invest national funds into other schemes (some ideas have been mooted) then we may want to cut back on a few MPPs

MoHA
I'll get the MoHA up and running again this term with a few competitions and games in mind.

Congress
So far so good in terms of reintroducing the speaker and that act is now entirely in congress' hands. I do hope that the enthusiasm Addaway brings to the job will spur on a few other people though as, bar him, I think I've been the most active person in congress since the elections.

My activity will continue however and I will work with congress and keep them informed as best I can. With potential Training Wars, investment proposals, a fabled war war and my crack pot ideas then it should be an active month for congress.
