Announcing Damhnaic's Literary Awards

Hi people,

eIrish news is pretty dead (as is eIreland in general..). So, in an attempt to rekindle it somewhat, I am announcing the Damhnaic's Literary Awards. At the end of each month, I will award 5g to the author of the best article in each of the following categories:



1. The Ian E Coleman award for the best eRepublik-related guide or analysis
Original articles about the game itself; it can be an economy guide, battle (or war campaign) analysis, game strategy, news article about recent events, etc.

2. The Kurdt Fradenburg award for the best player interview
Original articles where you interview one or multiple players from any eCountry.

3. The John Gormley award for the best community article
Original articles concerning the eIrish community, it can be games, discussions, giveaways, etc.

4. The Waffle award for the best cultural article
Original cultural articles; it can be poems, small texts, fictions, etc. Or an article about a song, a book, a play, a movie, etc.



The contest is open to any player (from any eCountry) who publishes an, or multiple, article(s) in eIreland.

The winner in each category will be decided by myself (I might ask other players for counsel should a dilemma occur). Selection criteria: article quality and effort involved.
