Have a Yuri Halloween from "Sakura Trick"

This winter, Haruka Tomatsu (Saki in Valvrave) and Yuka Iguchi (Majestic Prince's Tamaki Irie) star in an anime adaptation of Tachi's 2011 yuri four-panel manga Sakura Trick, a series from Time Kirara Miracle!, from the family of magazines probably best known for K-on!, about a pair of girls who were inseparable in junior high, but are forced to socialize with other peers when placed at opposite sides of the class in high school.

Getting active with the promotion early, they've posted a yuri take on the Halloween spirit.

"Attack on Titan" 3DS Screens Showcase 3D Maneuver Gear Gameplay

Attack on Titan: The Last Wings of Mankind is set for a Japanese 3DS release on December 5, and thanks to Famitsu's online preview we can see more of how the 3D Maneuver Gear action looks.

Just like in the anime and manga, Titans need to be taken down with a swift cut to the back of the neck, and players will be able to immobilize Titans and target their weak points.

#Makeanimeboring One of the Top US Trending Topics on Twitter

Last night, anime kids went nuts when #makeanimeboring was made one of the top US trending topics on Twitter, complete with jokes like "Howl's Moving Trailerhome" and "Galaxy Public Transportation 999" and "Business Suit Gundam."

The Twitter trend starts at 1:13 am by @personasama, famously known as the senior animator on Skullgirls

Within an hour, TweetStreams lists #makeanimeboring as the top trend, higher than #HappyHalloween and #music...

"Lucky Star" Collaborates with "Kancolle" and "Prisma Illya" on Latest Manga Covers

KADOKAWA will publish the 10th tankobon volume of Kagami Yoshimizu's four-panel comedy manga Lucky Star in Japan on November 9. It has two limited edition covers collaborating with Kantai Collection/Kancolle and Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya. The Kancolle cover edition will be available only at the Gamers stores across Japan and the Prisam Illya edition will be only at the Animate stores. And the Toranoana stores will give a spacial clear file to the buyers of the volume on a first-come, first-served basis. All of the illustrations are newly drawn by Kagami Yoshimizu. At which store do you want to buy?

Top Doujinshi Event's Most Popular By The Numbers

Doujinshi circles are lining up up their fan manga for the winter edition of mega event Comic Market. Two of the three top subjects aren't too well known among English fans, but their positions at the apex are unsurprisingly never the less.
