An Unexpected Journey

Hello again, my dear countrymen!

To be honest, I never thought that it will waste whole month of my life being a virtual president. But the longer I live here, the more fantastic people I've met, and the more I wanted to repay for your friendship and affection. Today I can call eSA my home.
I always tried to serve the community best I could. Today I'm starting in race for the highest office in the country to serve You, citizens for a whole month.
Concluding this lengthy introduction, I would like to thank you for giving me opportunity to start and providing all necessary support to my mother party - the Union of Patriots. I would also like to thank Independent Alternative, Party Radical Thought Party, Free Republic of eSA Party for supporting me.

Goals
It is often said that politicians lie and make false, vague promises. It is true that also checks in the eWorld.
So I'm presenting my goals clearly now to settle them in next month.

1 War with Brazil
The goal of this war is simple - win. We need to push the Brazilian invader of our cores into deep Amazonian jungle.

2. Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina
Do you know what makes alliances?
Friendship between players? Yes. RL sympathy between countries? Also. Common sense and influence? Of course.
However, there is nothing that strengths ties in the group as a common goal, the fight against the common enemy.
The cooperation with these three countries is the key to victory and independence.

3. Securing Congress
My main goal this month is nothing else to ensure eSouth Africa Congress. I will make sure that we won't be wiped out before or during the elections.
I want the September elections to took place without the threat of erasure.

4. Better place for communes
Brazil is no longer good place for people with huge number of companies or holding MU communes. I'll try to provide another, better place with secure bonuses for them.

5. Baby boom
You can not hide that we are a very small society, even one of the smallest in the whole eRepublik. Population of our country is still decreasing. Every month we lose several well-known and popular players. The worst thing is that nobody comes to take their place.
Some are arguing that it is time to take steps aimed at increasing our population.
For this purpose, I will gather a group of natives, well knowing realities and opportunities of South Africa and along with them I will try to create ideas for advertising eRepublik in South Africa.

6. Resignation of neutrality
After leaving the NaN, we hit the ether. We currently are not part of any organized alliance. Since starting open war with Brazil, natural way for us is improving relations with the CUA and TWO.
I would like, in consultation not only with Congress but also all citizens (by referendum) to end the period of neutrality, joining the ranks of one of the currently existing alliances.

7. Cooperation with Emergency Congress
I want to consult with Congress every important decision.
They are, according to the mechanics of the game, an institution superior to CP, which clears his actions.
Now functioning Parliament will still vote and debate on forum, on the most important issues for the country.

8. National organizations
We have a lot of organizations that are currently unused. Ministry (among with Finance) and eSAAF have currently enough of them.
I would like, together with Congress, to determine the action in this matter. There are several options, but the most sensible seems to start renting orgs.

Personally, I think that it is not rigid adherence to promises, but this ability to effectively adapt to the conditions, the ability to solve problems and deal with various issues arising during the term of office is the most important thing for any president.
And that is what I will try to do. But don't worry - You will be informed about everything on a regular basis.

Cabinet
Applications for my cabinet are open to everybody, who is willing to help me and eSouth Africa.
I'll appreciate every help, so feel free to PM me. I won't bite or cut off Your limbs.
