AFA - Congress Election Information
Ronald Gipper Reagan
We are a week away from Congress Elections, and they are quickly approaching. As I am one of the primary AFA Election Coordinators, I wanted to present you all with some basic information about the upcoming elections and any pertinent info which you might need. Depending on the number of regions that we have at the time, the AFA expects to win somewhere between 17-19 seats, so the number of people we can get in to office is relatively constrained. Remember to get out the vote on Thursday, October 25th, because it is the American people who will elect courageous Congressmen willing to fight to reform and save our nation
How can you ask to be considered?
-If you have already made your intentions known to me, then you are under consideration. If you have not done so already, then you will need to contact me regarding your interest in being a Congressman in the next term.
Who is most likely to be selected as a candidate?
-Candidates who are selected must have at least several months of demonstrated commitment to the party. They must be active and assertive in seeking to help us develop and to take part in the party. They must be of a reasonable age to operate under the assumption that they are not at risk of suddenly losing interest and quitting. Candidates will come from many different backgrounds. Last month nine different nationalities were represented, and this month that number is likely to grow as new Americans have established communities in the country.
What are the expectations if you are chosen?
-If you are chosen you must swear upon your honor the following:
1. You will pledge to serve out your entire one month term.
2. You will remain in the AFA throughout the duration of your term.
3. You will not propose laws without consulting the other Congressmen first.
4. You will agree to participate in the AFA group message discussion thread.
5. You will use your citizenship approvals only on players who promise to remain in the country for at least three months and to join/support our party.
What if I am not picked to run?
The way the new system works means a lot more people get disappointed. It is impossible to go through this process without upsetting some people. Just pick your head up, try to be even more proactive, and next time may very well be different. Sometimes people throw a fit when they are not chosen, and I can tell you this is definitely not the way to get what you want. As a party, we recognize and reward team players, so be one of those.

Use cs approvals only for those who support the party?
Democracy is a dirty word when it comes from Ajay.
AFA is a lie.

Guess freedom of choice is no longer an AFA principle.
^ That's the thought of a Tyrant, not someone who claims to defend Freedom.
Vote😛 Terms seem reasonable enough. The citizenship clause seems fine to me. I have no problem pledging at least short-term allegiance to the party and country that got me in. The reality is, this will allow more people that want to be long term eAmericans in. I know this because I had been trying for about 6 months to become a citizen of eUSA and my applications kept expiring. Over and over. I had a few people offer to get me in to eUSA, but they want money. Anywhere from 5-15K in US dollars
I couldn't afford that much. But I wanted to return to my homeland. Finally I got lucky and connected with a party that would help assuming I wanted to be eAmerican long term. I jumped at the chance.
