A simple thank you from ePoland

eSlovakia has been devoid of independence

The country was indeed pTO-ed, most recently by a group calling themselves the communists. As it was a typical pTO, the group emptied the CT and left Slovakia in a state of complete chaos. Smrtan, who in real life is Polish, decided to move to eSlovakia in order to heal her ruined economy. He decided to play eRepublik along with real life Slovaks and all panslavists from the New World. We can't and won't blame him. It was his choice, made of his own, free will. Smrtan left ePoland due to his beliefs, as he finds the idea of panslavism more promising than the rest of possible alliances in eRep.

It is certain that smrtan as a President of eSlovakia acted only for the best interests of his country. We, the Polish government, do not treat him as 'one of us', who controls our southern neighbour for purely Polish purposes. He made it clear from the beggining: he's the head of a sovereign, both in internal and external way, country and therefore he cannot be considered our subordinate. We respected it and welcomed the rebirth of our southern neighbour. Smrtan never did anything against Slovakia's raison d'etat, let alone "taking orders" from Poland. His position IS not in any way an effect of any rumoured polish pTO, simply because there was no polish pTO.

The geopolitical position of eSlovakia is at least twice worse than the position of ePoland. The country is located between two powers: ePoland, one of the largest members of EDEN, and eHungary, without doubts the strongest country in eRepublik. Nonetheless, Slovakia chose neutrality and offered a peaceful home for everyone willing to help with improving her condition. Smrtan decided he wouldn't join neither EDEN, nor PEACE GC. Along with her neutral neighbour, the Czech Republik, Slovakia organised a training war (called "Mushroom Wars&quot😉.

Regretfully, during his presidency, smrtan faced several pTO attempts. The list of accounts with slovak citizenship moving around the world is quite long. It's no secret that some of them were moved to North America during the recent hungarian military operations, probably in order to raise up the defense value of heavily fortified canadian and american regions. Who and why tried to take over Slovakia, doesn't really matter at the moment, since the country disappeared from the map and cannot be taken before the liberation.

Few days ago, Hungary showed it's true colors by attacking neutral Slovakia. The official explanation was "to destroy the training war".

Polish government won't take this explanation, as the facts are simple: both hosts of the training war were neutral. Attacking a neutral "opponent" in such a blitzkrieg manner is an act of aggression against a small country, which presented no real threat to eHungary.

From this place, we would like to thank eRussia for help in the battle of Central Slovakia. Defending a country which never stood a chance against such powerful aggressor like eHungary, the unquestionable leader of your alliance, was an act of courage. We are glad, that you, the raising power, showed true compassion.

Slovak regions are now occupied by Hungary, but eSlovakia, a friend of all slavic countries, still exists. As long, as her citizens are alive and as long, as we remember this proud nation.

We may be members of two opposite alliances, but fighting by your side for the cause of eSlovakia was a pleasure.
