Hello everyone, firstly, I would like to congratulate everyone who got into Congress these past elections and wish them the best of luck, except for multis, but anyways onto the main question

Seriously though ( although most parties organize their votes), I would like to know if it was just bad luck, or is it something I can improve on to make independent voters put their faith in me again.

I usually try to pm a few people around elections sometimes that helps, this month i did and got in last month i didn't pm anyone and got no votes.
its hard to say but i bet it on luck and or nagging your friends all day lol.

I would venture to guess that we have seen a lot of movement of the Independent voter, and especially with the fervent nature of some of the election effort you are competing over an increasingly small pie.

Seriously (and avoiding the balant recruitment angle) you need to run as part of either IFP/IPP OR ILP teams.

Elections are very competitive and trying to get elected outside of those 3 parties is very difficult but not impossible

As you are in the IPP on the day you need to pester whoever is directing Also get active in your party as that is who usually gets the votes directed to them.
