Join the new world

OK, this month we have a few new additions to our government, as well as vacancies. I will be looking for staff in Department Heads as well as assistants. Now I am aware that some of last months staff wish to keep their jobs, but sadly I don't know who everyone is. Because of this, I will be opening all positions to the floor. If you want to keep your job, you will need to reapply.

So lets get down to business.

Vice President - Ariel David Buena

Department of Finance
1. Director of Finance
Will be in overall control of the countries money, be responsible for budgeting for all the departments, as well as maintaining the countries benchmarks. The Director of Finance will be answerable to the President, and will need forum membership.

2. Finance Assistant
Will aid the Director in more menial jobs, and should undergo a certain amount of training.

Department of Defense
1. Director of Defense
Will be in overall control of the military (Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Philippines), act as a tactical adviser to the President, and a teacher to the Philippine Military Academy. S/He will also be responsible for the training and equipping of all troops. The Director of Defense will be answerable to the President and will need forum membership.

2. Commanding Officer of the Philippine Naval Fleet
Will be responsible for the troops within the Philippine Naval Fleet, follow all orders given to him by the Director of Defense and be answerable to the Director of Defense and the President.

3. Commanding Officer of the Philippine Marine Corp
Will be responsible for the troops within the Philippine Marine Corp , follow all orders given to him by the Director of Defense and be answerable to the Director of Defense and the President.

4. Commanding Officer of the Philippine Army
Will be responsible for the troops within the Philippine Army, follow all orders given to him by the Director of Defense and be answerable to the Director of Defense and the President.Ideally the Commander would stay at home with his troops to act as an immediate response against attack.

5. Commanding Officer of the Philippine Special Operation Command Force
Will be responsible for the troops within the Philippine Special Operation Command Force, follow all orders given to him by the Director of Defense and be answerable to the Director of Defense and the President.Ideally the Commander would stay at home with his troops to act as an immediate response against attack.

6. Philippine Academy Teacher Assistants
Will work directly with the Director of Defense, forwarding orders and lecture notes to the students in the Philippine Military Academy.

Department of Home Affairs

1. Director of Home Affairs
Will be responsible for running the government owned companies, provide jobs for citizens, and deal with Stock Pile contracts with privately owned companies. The Director of Home Affairs will be directly answerable to the President, and will require forum access.

2. Home Affairs Assistants
Will aid the Director in more menial jobs, and should undergo a certain amount of training.

Department of Foreign Affairs

1. Director of Foreign Affairs
Will be in overall charge of our countries relations with other nations. They will be involved in talking to foreign affairs officers from around the globe, organising the Philippines Ambassadors and putting together alliances. This person will need to be sociable, preferably with access to an IRC client or web tool and forum access.

2. Ambassadors
Will be responsible for the good relations between the Philippines and their designated country. Preferably willing to take part in IRC chats and forum chats with the citizens of that country. Ambassadors should also report back their findings and encourage citizens to be more involved in other cultures. They will be answerable to the Director of Foreign Affairs and the President.

3. National Intelligence Coordinating Agency
Is responsible for the gathering of intelligence in other countries. Members of this team should report their findings back to the Director of Foreign Affairs.

Department of Fun - Please think of a better name for this!

1. Director of Fun
Will be responsible for organising his/her team and running entertainments, games and fund raisers within the Philippine community. This should include, the forum, IRC and in-game media. S/He will also be responsible for Departments budget and will be answerable to the President. Requires forum access.

2. The Fun Team
Will work alongside the Director, putting together games and running entertainments.

3. PhiliHealth
A government sponsored charity. Though it will act independently, money will be raised in Department of Fun fund raisers for their cause. Because of that, the PhiliHealth team will be required to produce regular news reports giving updates, reporting what they have been doing, and advertising any up and coming fund raising events.


Department of Education/University of the Philippines

1. The Dean
Will be in charge of running the educational department. This will include advertising the University, messaging new citizens and encouraging them onto the course, writing and delivering lecture notes to students. This should cover; game mechanics, wellness boosting, war and military, history of ePhilippines and other subjects of the Deans choice.The Dean will be answerable to the President, and should have forum access.

2. The Faculty
Will aid the Dean in all areas.

All positions are open, though priority will be given to those who have worked in the departments before. There are plenty of jobs to go around, so don't minimise yourself to one position if you fancy several things.
