A Guide To... Presidents of the UK

Hello and welcome to another article in our Encyclopædia eBritannica series. Today’s article is about some of the Presidents of the United Kingdom. I’ve not included every President on this article for various reasons, some terms nothing happened, some terms were just, quite frankly, insignificant and some were just unlucky and wasn't particularly bad, but nothing happened they could capitalise on. I almost included Sara.Droz but she’s just awful so I didn’t. The presidents below I have chosen each have made some significant contribution to the eUK during their term and are the best we’ve had. Except Snow_Gibbon. He was not that great. But he was first, and if youtube comments teach me anything, it’s that being first is very, very important. For those of you wondering, yes we will be giving away Q7s if Goku comments, but so far he’s not said a word. I’ll be making the game easier if this continues! Details at the end.

Well here goes the Guide to… Presidents of the United Kingdom



Snow_Gibbon – The eRepubik Party Party

Notable Achievements: First Country President of the eUK, created the Ministry of Defence and the Bank of England.

Biography: Not much is documented about the guy, other than the fact that he’s the first President of the country, and one of the first citizens too! Snow_Gibbon served 1 term as CP.

Kaleb – UK Reform Party

Notable Achievements: Was Country President for four terms in a row.

Biography: Kaleb was one of the founders of the UK Reform Party, which is one of the oldest eUK parties in the eUK. He made himself a lot of money in the early days, working until he could afford his own company and then subsequently purchasing other well earning companies to add to his empire. Kaleb was presented an MBE by another CP, Rayf Drayson.



Shadowukcs – UK Reform Party

Notable Achievements: Created the first Intelligence service in the eUK, had a hand in the eUK/Belgian merger not long after the release of the first Military Module.

Biography: Shadow was also a co-founder of the UK Reform Party, as well as the original eUK forums. Shadow also made his riches in the economy module, making investments alongside Kaleb, whom Shadow was “Deputy President” for. Shadow served one term.

Final Destiny – The Unity Party

Notable Achievements: Helped create the predecessor to Ministry of Home Affairs, first eUK President to be impeached.

Biography: Final Destiny joined the game in beta along with 200 members of the website in an attempt to take over the eUK that ultimately failed. FD co-founded The Unity Party and the Radical Freethinkers Alliance both of which were prominent parties, with TUP still enjoying the number one party spot. 3 days into his second term he had to leave the game due to RL reasons.



Dishmcds – UK Reform Party

Notable Achievements: 7 time President in 3 countries.

Biography: Dishmcds started out in the USA where he climbed the ladder all the way up until President. Eventually he moved to the eUK where he joined the UK Reform Party, helping to further it within the eUK. Eventually he decided to run for CP where he managed to beat Final Destiny and Tim09 with just hours to spare. Eventually Dish would become CP again another 3 times making him one of the longest serving eUK Presidents, and with that he’s also one of the most famous residents. He was presented a Knighthood by the future CP, Frerk.

Kumnaa – People’s Communist Party

Notable Achievements: Host and owner of the eUK Forums.

Biography: Kumnaa is one of the best loved, and least known, members of the eUK community. He currently maintains the eUK forums, which he owns. He’s best known as a programmer and has programmed a few calculators and mass messengers in the past that have benefited the United Kingdom. This was highlighted by Jamesw, who presented him a Knight of the British Empire award, the highest title awarded.



Mr Woldy – The Unity Party

Notable Achievements: 6 time President, King of the United Kingdom.

Biography: Arguably the most famous resident of the United Kingdom, Woldy not only spent a lot of his time within many different ministries, most notably the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he also spent a lot of time within the military, receiving a Military Cross from Hazz, the Chief of the General Staff. Woldy is very popular amongst nations we’ve traditionally been enemies with including the USA and Ireland. Jamesw, who’ll I’ll talk about next, presented Woldy with a Commander of the British Empire.

Jamesw – The Unity Party/Every Single One

Notable Achievements: Along with Woldy, the joint-longest serving President at 6 terms.

Biography: In the beginning, Jamesw worked his way up to Minister of Work after running very successful businesses where he became very wealthy and quite apt at running companies well. He’s done his fair share of party politics too, having been Party President of The Unity Party, the United Kindom Reform Party and Every Single One as well as spending a lot of time in the United Kingdom military, and becoming the acting Chief of General Staff for a little while. Jamesw also has been presented an Order of the British Empire.



Iain Keers – The Unity Party

Notable Achievements: Secretary General of ONE and Phoenix, President when eRepublik changed from Version 1 to Version 2.

Biography: Iain Keers is one of the most prevalent politicians within the United Kingdom, and is well known on an international level having spent a lot of time within Alliances. He’s been a Minister and an advisor in a few different countries, as well as advising many governments and alliances. He is most notably an Economist with a newspaper that has 4400 subscribers and, like Jamesw, has run many a successful businesses and joint ventures – including Jamesw! Despite only being President twice, he’s served as Deputy at times so that he can offer advice and he currently pays for the NHS whenever there’s a lack of supplies. Iain Keers is also a Knight of the British Empire and has served two terms.

Talon Karrde – The Unity Party

Notable Achievements: Former Military Commander in ONE, oversaw peace with Ireland and removing Canada from our shores.

Biography: Talon is the current President of the United Kingdom. Talon has also served in many different positions, starting out in the Ministry of Recruitment, then Ministry of Home Affairs but he has spent most of his ministerial career as Minister of Finance. Like Woldy, Talon is quite popular with our allies while he was President and Military Commander which lead him to become Minister of Foreign Affairs under Jamesw. It is currently Talon’s third term as President, and he hopes to become one of the best!
