UZSP: Unity. Strength. Israel.
Hyman Roth
The United Zionist Socialist Party (UZSP), having rebranded, renewed, and reenergized, wishes to announce it's official Manifesto and Platform. We embrace an Israel where unity and the exchange of ideas flourishes, and we look forward to a golden age of Israeli growth, prosperity, and civil inter-party efforts to help our nation reach her glory.
The UZSP is, above all else, a party of the people. We pride ourself as more than simply a political party, but rather as an inclusive, burgeoning Movement. The UZSP embraces ALL citizens, regardless of experience, age, or level. We welcome new members to grow with our party, and make an impact on the future of our great nation from day one.
To our fellow Israeli Political Parties, we look forward to working together and changing the debilitating culture of partisan politics. To our fellow Israeli Citizens, we invite you to join us, and at long last, be HEARD.

THE UZSP MANIFESTO
We, the members of the United Zionist Socialist Party, have formed this movement in order to create a new model in eIsraeli politics. Our aim is to serve, in a dynamic, inclusive way, our collective hope: to see our nation fulfill her promise. We are a party of eIsraelis, by eIsraelis, and for eIsraelis. We reject the archaic notions of dictatorial party and national politics that has crippled our nation. We reject the passive allowance of class and party disenfranchisement. In it’s place, we pledge our efforts to create a State of eIsrael that embraces all it’s citizens, fostering a progressive, active, strong, and UNIFIED citizenry. The UZSP is, at its core, as much a movement as it is a party. In turn, this Manifesto and Platform is a LIVING document. Open to debate and refinement as our ranks grow, the needs of the nation transform, and strong new ideas and ideals are discussed within the party.
THE UZSP LEADERSHIP
The USZP differentiates itself from other party’s in eIsrael, first and foremost, through its leadership structure. In an effort to empower party members and harness the force of its collective minds, the UZSP is lead not by a single Party President, but instead through a Party Counsel. Our elected Party President is the figurehead of this counsel, yet is balanced out by various Office Secretaries. This serves to provide effective, efficient, and focused efforts on the various political fronts. The UZSP Charter calls for the following Offices as part of the collective Counsel:
• Party President
• Chief of Staff
• Press Secretary
• Foreign and Military Affairs Secretary
• Domestic Liaison
• Economic Advisor
Through these Offices, our party is assured to distill the most dynamic ideas from our most insightful members. The UZSP rests the true direction of the party in the hands of the membership. In turn, through these offices, we provide members opportunities to contribute and learn in specific domains of game-play that interest them most.
THE UZSP PLATFORM
The Economy
It is the UZSP’s belief that, in order for our nation to grow, we need a dynamic, multi-tiered approach to economic development. As a nation, we aren’t blessed with many natural resources. In addition, we are small in number, and so our Economic Policies and Strategies need to be creative and progressive:
The Kibbutz/Moshav Model:
For our newest and most vulnerable citizens, the UZSP believes that there needs to be an infrastructure in place that helps guide and nurture. Government run, with economically relevant wages, the Kibbutz/Moshav modeled companies will provide free food/weapons to citizens up to a pre-determined experience level threshold. Remaining profits shall be returned to the Israeli Infrastructure Fund (IFF), allowing us to help citizen and state simultaneously. This will also inspire the free market to develop a competitive Q2-Q5 Food/Weapons market, where older citizens can get HQ goods at competitive yet fair prices.
Government Owned Corporations:
Along with the government owned Q1 Kibbutz/Moshav companies, the UZSP also believes in other Government owned companies both domestically, where demand and need exists, and in foreign markets as well. Because eIsrael does not, at the moment, have the resources or demand domestically to support a robust economy, we must take advantage of our ingenuity within foreign marketplaces. This will serve to essentially import much needed wealth back into eIsrael. From this foreign generated capital, we can work towards building a stronger, infrastructure that can sustain us domestically.
Viewed as equally vital by the UZSP is a Government run companies – Weapons and Moving Tickets for deployment - created to essentially privatize the armament of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF). The objective is, in the face of volatile economy, to make the full time IDF a self-sufficient organization. This also requires increased VAT taxes at first. This is to establish economic autonomy for the military in order to relieve stress on a fragile, rebuilding domestic economy that must focus on domestic vitality first and foremost. Once established, taxes will be reduced as the economy stabilizes and, as is our hope, flourishes.
Immigration
The UZSP believes an extremely proactive immigration policy coupled with new citizen outreach - a new wave of immigrants (or a “Second Aliyah”) is vital to bolstering the army, the economy and confidence in the durability of our nation.
Simply put, we recognize that a traditional Baby Boom is nearly impossible and has been proven as an ineffective strategy for eIsrael. Active and effective recruitment is our pledge – key to the health, prosperity, and future of our nation. Our strategy is three-fol😛
• Draw on Real Life (RL)
While eIsrael is not strictly a Jewish nation, strategically it makes perfect sense to target the population in the US and Canada that have RL interest. Many of our most current, honorable citizens have been drawn to eIsrael because of this. Targeted reach out – through articles and advertisement directed at these populations – can bring great rewards.
• The Second Aliyah – “Aid For Immigrants Program”
The UZSP supports using government funds, and party funds if necessary, to help new immigrants find their way and settle comfortably in eIsrael. The Kibbutz/Moshav Models, where new citizens are nurtured, fed, and mentored, will be attractive to new players finding their way. This, along with tangible efforts through moving tickets, modest start up funds, and effective mentorship can build our nation’s reputation as the most progressive, supportive location for new or young citizens.
• Promote Involvement
Citizens can be overwhelmed, and their voices often lost, in eNations with large, entrenched populations. The UZSP, through its New Immigrant Programs, will promote eIsrael as a nation where one can participate from day one. Our small population, in this sense, can be used to our advantage.
Foreign Relations
The UZSP recognizes that at the moment, we are neither strong enough militarily or potent enough a player on the global stage to stand as a prominent member in a global alliance. We have been conquered before, and recognize that without the support of our allies, it could easily happen again.
However, we believe in the strength of our convictions, and the universal defense of free will and demand an end to global aggression. The UZSP feels that passive neutrality contradicts our nations beliefs, and in fact serves to harm our national psyche, collective wellness, and potential progress.
In turn, the UZSP supports:
• The liberation of Nations oppressed by PEACE, such as China, Australia, Switzerland, South Africa and the many other eradicated by imperialistic actions.
• Establishing strong relations with Greece. They are our strongest neighbors, and along with the eUSA, should be our strongest ally.
• Seriously vetting the option of joining EDEN. Sol and neutrality do not foster strength. EDEN is a powerful alliance and can help ensure domestic security. We believe that if we can gain absolute assurance that we will receive the full force of FORTIS/EDEN forces in our defense in the face of any foreign aggression towards eIsrael, that joining this alliance is to our benefit.
• Taking an active role on the international stage through diplomacy and military means. Our potential alignment with F/E and a continued, hopefully civil, relationship with Turkey are NOT necessarily mutually exclusive. With deft international relations and continued efforts, our unique position can be used to broker regional detent and containment.
The Israeli Defense Force (IDF)
The UZSP supports aggressive recruitment for the IDF and an essential mandatory militarization of the entire eIsraeli population. While we know it is impossible to enforce the population to follow orders and participate in the military, we believe in no longer requesting volunteers, but assigning new and old citizens alike in the reserves.
Along with a dedicated IDF and Special Forces, this “mandatory” service – akin to RL Israel, whose necessity in militarily mobilizing the entire population mirrors our own – can be achieved through active, involved Squad Leaders who take ownership of their military role.
The benefit of this “mandatory militarization” serves not only the primary goal of our nations defense, but also engages the entire population to be active in potential wars and war games. The benefits of this activity will trickle down – as citizen experience increases, wellness is increased, and economic productivity is increased.
We also call for a much more efficient and effective organization for the entire IDF ranks, professional and reserve.
In conjunction with our Foreign Relations Policy and our Economic Plans, the UZSP believes we can provide our IDF:
• At least two training wars a week, every week. This is NECESSARY for the survival of Israel in order for it to grow in strength.
• Significantly increased ranks, both in terms of full time elite troops and reserves through “mandatory” service.
• Fully self-sufficient armament of our full time IDF members, and pending the performance of the IDF companies, possible weapon supply to reserves as well.
Domestic Programs
The UZSP believe that our elected Government has a responsibility to inform the citizens of eIsrael of its actions – consistently, transparently, and honestly. We support our Government issuing weekly articles regarding the actions of our government during that week.
It is also our belief that our government needs to educate new players on the inner-workings of the nation as well as the game. Our government should be a bureau for leadership and education alike.
The UZSP believes in the continued support of the University of Israel Program, both through funding and recruitment. We believe that in learning from past University programs and using our innate inventiveness, the University of Israel can be of huge benefit to our citizenry and an example of eIsrael progress for the world to see.
The UZSP also believes in incorporating strong mentorship programs, enacted through our Kibbutz/Moshav models, our military leaders through the reserve ranks, and by asking for active participation in our ministries.
We, as a Collective movement, pledge to discourage, and if need be, censure, anyone who attempts to discourage new or alternative voices in our nation.
Jerusalem of Gold
The UZSP supports moving our capital to its rightful place – Jerusalem. More than a symbolic act, this serves the strategic purpose of our capital not dangling on the border with our most volatile neighbor. In addition, we propose a Q5 Defense System be built in Jerusalem to defend our capital.
THE UZSP PLEDGE
The United Zionist Socialist Party stands for a Strong, Unified sIsrael. We believe in inclusivity at all levels of government, experience, or perspective. We are a small nation with grand ideas. The UZSP believes in the power of promise of this great nation. We pledge to work with all citizens, parties, and countries to help craft a renewed, strong, and unified nation in our beloved eIsrael.
Comments
2 issues i have skimming through, one, you cant easily move the capital without having the capital be moved, two, making it mandatory to do anything is going to greatly discourage immigration from RL and other erep nations.
Aaron, appreciate the feedback. A few notes:
We put it as a quoted "mandatory" , because, as we state ... "While we know it is impossible to enforce the population to follow orders and participate in the military." That being said, we feel that with some degree of inclusion, it can hopefully inspire people to participate. Military activity, as we all know, is a win-win proposition. This proactive organization for new citizens only helps everyone. Obviously, whether they ultimately choose to participate is on them. It is, after all, a game.
Secondly, I'm not certain what you mean by "you cant easily move the capital without having the capital be moved". Explain?
Actually, upon further examination, Jerusalem does not have borders with any other countries. It is Tel Aviv and Haifa that have borders.
I apologize for my fuck up.
😉 Good observation Soul

Great observations. A sentence structure error and a misspelled word are definitely very important.
"We are not RL Israel. We are eIsrael. There is absolutely no connection, other than a false sense of patriotism."
Hyman Roth was just suggesting a system of enlistment similar to "RL Israel's". He did not say that we ARE RL Israel, how you somehow managed to infer this I do not know. And SoulSalvage, do you really believe that "There is absolutely no connection" between eIsrael and RL Israel? Absolutely no connection?
Oh, so out of my entire list of suggestions, you only noticed two? It's a shame when the foolish are blinded by their own ignorance...
I simply pointed out that I disliked the connection to RL Israel. Is that so wrong?
"And SoulSalvage, do you really believe that "There is absolutely no connection" between eIsrael and RL Israel? Absolutely no connection?"
What connection is there, truly? A similar name, and a false sense of patriotism formed from that similar name.
If the example is too oblique for you, here's another: If I named my son Jesus, would you follow him? No, you wouldn't, because there is no connection between the two, other than a similar name.
"Oh, so out of my entire list of suggestions, you only noticed two? It's a shame when the foolish are blinded by their own ignorance..."
Please refrain from personal insults if you can, SoulSalvage. After reading your initial comments I too was tempted to say that you are foolish, blind, and ignorant. I refrained, however, and I wish you'd do the same for the sake of civility. Why did I only notice two of your comments? Well I actually read them all but I didn't feel like justifying most of them with an answer. Why? See Hyman Roth's reply above.
"What connection is there, truly? A similar name, and a false sense of patriotism formed from that similar name."
What connection, you ask? Most of our citizens are Israelis or American Jews in RL. Many American Jews have a vested interest in the State of Israel and don't doubt for a second that this doesn't carry over to eRepublik. Otherwise why would so many English speakers live here when they could make much more gold in other countries?
Go UZSP !
Not just American Jews Jewyoyo. eIsrael was formed due to the tireless efforts of a group of UK-based British Jews. Even a virtual state can stir up deeply held attachments.
@SoulSalvage: Essentially this is a party platform meant to state where we stand on ALL issues regardless of their current status. This is not directed towards anybody but just as a description of what we believe in. If people feel they also believe this or our ideals match up, then they can read up on here to see where we stand.
Also about Sol. They do NOT consider themselves a military alliance and as such have decided against certain measures that may protect Observer nations such India. They also allowed Hungary to be a member nation while it occupied parts of Canada (Observer) and the United States.
On top of that, what nations does Fortis/EDEN currently occupy? Really. Look at the worlds nations that currently have no government and guess what you get? PEACE occupied territory. Simply because I said PEACE (which is the main oppressing force) doesn't mean that Fortis/EDEN wasn't accounted for. If we join EDEN, then we will be sure to lobby against such actions.
I have another question:
Is UZSP supporting donation of 5G by all Congressmen to Israeli Infrastructure Fund?
