WESTERN SIBERIAN REGION

We had a wonderful success two days ago, and I had literally no time to tell you! I wrote the Duma, but I could not inform you all. It is amazing how I spend about 16 hours a day on this game and I still cannot do all I want to do.

Immediately after my public protest, a representative of eIndonesia contacted Kistru, the PEACE General Secretary (GS) who is helping us a lot ( thank you, Kistru, you are great! ). Few hours later we were sitting on the negotiations table!

During these negotiations:

* The representant was confirmed by the PEACE GS as speaking in the name of the President and therefore of eIndonesia..

* The President of eIndonesia officially admits that the region of Western Siberia belongs to eRussia and should be returned eventually to our Motherland. Therefore, there will be no attempts to defend the position that "WSR is now eIndonesia and will always be". This problem was resolved.

* eIndonesia is ready to start immediate negotiations about the conditions of the return. There will be no more delays, not "playing on time", no attempts to block the negotiations.

* eIndonesia is ready to return the region immediately after we agree on the conditions. There will be no "waiting time", only the necessary to prepare the operation.

* A first draft of the conditions was made: eIndonesia is interested on true friendship and would greatly appreciate that we declare our "eternal frienship" to them. Of course we both know that there is no way to enforce this in-game, but we both consider it an important symbol.

They would also appreciate our compromise to defend their high resources regions, because without Western Siberian, they will be their only ones for some of these resources.

They ask for money as compensation for the hospital and defense system. I do not agree with this principle, but we have 10.000 gold in the treasury and I will not renounce to WSR for 700 gold.

They ask for money as compensation for the companies too, but they...

* Officially reject a repetition of the Urals mess - they will care about the distribution of the compensations, not us. And there will be compensations, not purchases, and that means that they will be naturally lower as if we were forced to buy the companies.

* Officially declare that they are only interested on compensating real eIndonesian companies, and not foreign companies in WSR, which are the overwhelming majority.

* They will make a registed and only companies registered will get a compensation at all. The number was estimated between 50 (my estimation) and 20 (eIndonesians estimation).

A proposal should have been to their Congress already and we will meet today or, maybe, tomorrow, to get more concrete conditions.

Calmed but firm postitions, reasonable but clear, are the keys of our success!
