Join the new world

I have been recently hired by our president, Ariel David Buena, as the Assistant Director of the Department of Education.

As a response to this, I have thought of programs and projects that the DepEd and the government could do to the new citizens of ePhilippines.

Starting with one program, the "questions for food" program:

I just asked our president, Ariel David Buena, if he would like to have a program that would let the government help new filipino citizens in playing erepublik and to know more about ephilippines and to also help through means of donations. So here, I made the program "questions for food" wherein new players could ask some personnel about the game and we would give them food. The objective of this program is to give them both knowledge about this game and how it works and also to help them grow/live in it. Plus it would also encourage them to express their views and opinions to us.(Seeing the importance that they must see this game interesting, because if they would find it boring they would quit and we would lose citizens)

Here are the following information of this program:
1. the player must be level 5 or below
2. he/she must ask reasonable questions, not just obvious and useless questions. This is to refrain them from bombarding us with spam questions. Questions that are suspiciously made just for the sake of food would be struck null and void.
3. the Department of Education would mostly be the one taking care of this program and the questions
4. Ariel authorized that DepEd could take food from DoHA for this program
5. Preferably Q1 food will be used for the project
6. 24 hours would be the given time for the DepEd to give its reply/answer to the player's question and to donate to him/her the promised food

Any comments, suggestions and violent reactions would be given response.
