Proposal For the Creation of the eUnified Countries (Part 1)

The current global war that is raging on across the eworld has caused nations to fall, economies to prosper and fail, politically divided or unstable countries, and PTO's to become commonplace. Anti PEACE and anti EDEN sentiment are common, and citizens of one alliance view citizens of the other alliance with hatred or as enemies. The eworld is in chaos, and this proposal to make the eUnified Countries, will be the first step toward unifying it.

This will be the basic outline of the eUC and it will be the main goals of the eUC. As of now, i must warn anybody reading this, that the victors of this war will decide the fate of erepublik, and that considering this, a long occupation of rival countries will only lead to another series of wars and occupations in the future.

2.Economic Development

Many of the enations of erepublik are facing financial and infastructural problems and various countries are either developed very little, or not developed at all. The goal of the eUnified Countries in the economy is to help and support the economic growth of member nations and even non member nations through international trade and by strengthening local industry.

2a. Infastructural Development

Hospitals and Defense systems are obviously one of the most necessary things in erepublik, since they play a major role in securing a fortress state for a nation and also helps in greatly increasing the damage output of a nation, thus increasing the ability of a nation to defend its territories or to participate in a training war.
The eUnified Countries will help in developing nations by establishing an eRed Cross foundation that would set up companies and organizations in all 30 enations. With these companies, orgs and with a little funding from both the eUN and the countries they are operating in, Q5 Hospitals and Defense Systems would be built and donated to nations, this would be the same for defense systems.

2b. Company Development

Many companies are started by citizens every day. Many of them go broke within the first month, and not many evr yield a huge profit. Because of these reasons, the eUC wil help in educating citizens who are interested in starting a company. The eUC will establish organizations that, for a very small fee, will teach citizens who want to run a company, how to run a company and also give them a guide to earning a profit. Members of these orgs will oversee the progress of the newly made companies for one to two weeks after the owners of the company graduate from the classes these orgs will offer. This will play a role in encouraging economic growthand development.

2c. Taxes and Money Exchanges

Although some may dissapprove, unfortunately, the UC will need to either depend on donations from countries or will have to place a tax on the amount of income that the governments of nations earn from taxes. This tax will always stay at a low number, below 10 %, and will only be implemented when the UC needs a huge amount of money for carrying out an operation, meaning that taxes will be relatively rare.


3.Stopping Imperialism

3a.Current War Policy

Imperialism is defined as the will of one country and its citizens to extend their power and control to foreign lands by conquering them. The eUC should encourage a negotiated peace between the currently warring nations, restoring all the enations of the world to their original territories, should this not be acknowledged, then it would end in the restoration of occupied territories to their original countries by means of resistance wars.

3b. Halting Invasions

This war must be remembered as a lesson, that when only one nation is opressed, nobody will be able to escape the onslaught of war that is to come. An invasion by one enation on another enation will not be tolerated unless it is part of a negotiated training war. To discourage and prevent future invasions, member nations will sign mpps with all other meber nations, and should every nation cooperate, then this will result in every nation having 30 mpps. This would cause an invasion to end in a 1 nation versus 29 nations conflict, causing the agressor to be kicked form the UC and leaving that nation open to attacks from other nations.
To regain membership into the eUN, a country must issue and official apology for starting the war and must become allies of at least 3 membernations of the eUC. Then they must apply for membership and must have the recommendations form at least 1 ally, the the eUC security council must vote on admitting the country or not. If the nation is declined and does not make it in however, it can still be a guest at the eUC, and by being a guest, it will be saved from the danger of invasions by member nations.

3c.Liberation of occupied Nations

There are various enations currently occupied by a foreign nations all over the eworld. One of the goals of the eUC will be to liberate these nations and to restore them to prewar size through the use of resistance wars.
4.Peaceful Measures

The main goal of the eUnifed Countries is supported by one ideal: to prevent another global conflict that could upset the balance of power in erepublik through the use of peaceful measures.These peaceful measures will prevent future wars and help stop hostilities.

4a. Resolving Conflicts Peacefully

Wars in erepublik are often begun because of conflicts or rivalries between countries, these conflicts can cause tensions between the countries to arise and can eventually lead to war. These conflicts can include: economic rivalries, political conflicts, an imperialist dream of conquest or real issues.
The eUC security council will encourage representativess from the two countries that are in a state of conflict to sit down and negotiate a compromise. During these negotiations, the security council members would act as a mediator. For example: if country a and country b are in a rivalry due to economic reasons in which country a wants territory a because it has high iron and country b already has alot of iron, and if country b wants territory b from country a because it has high grain and country a already has a lot of grain, then the security council will help both countries reach a compromise, such as landswapping.


4b. Stopping Hostilities

Should the security council and the two representatives from both countries fail to reach a compromise, UC military divisions will be mobilized into both countries to discourage those two countries from assaulting each other. As this happens, the security council must label these two countries unstable and suspend all diplomatic and economic relations for 1 to 7 days (depending onthe severity of the problem). After this period of time, both countries must either reach a compormise or the UC will force them to sign a NAP that has new conditions in it.

4c.Preventing Global Hostilities

To prevent another global war such as the current war, peaceful measures will be used, but the eUC must also have an active military.
