[Gov] All Congress Please Read

Dear citizens & Congress of Singapore,

Yesterday was our day of elections Singapore had 18 nominees and 10 seats in Congress to fill.
The elections were close and the final seats were up for grabs until the final moments.

And then the day was over and upon looking to see who was our final Congress Members we come to find that ALL nominees were chosen.

Yes indeed strange, eRepublik has again an epic Fail on its hands.

Currently eSingapore has 18 Congress Members and this is clearly in error.

I advise that no elected Congress members touch the 5 gold earned as the admin will remove this eventually that is in error and I would not like to see any citizens receive ban due to spending this Gold that should not have been received.

Due to erep voting rules the Final Vote tally should have ended as the following 10 citizens becoming eSingapores next Congress.

Yet due to the error they have all made it to Congress. In the order numbered and seen upon the election page.


The second error that may or may not be fixed by the admin is that of Mdeusa03 being labeled as #11 while Whispering Elizabeth was labeled as #10 (the final official seat). They have the same quantity of votes, however due to eRep rules the tie breaker in an election is determined by whichever citizen has the larger amount of experience, which would be won by Mdeusa03. This was listed correctly up until the final moment and after the reset it had swapped the positions. I do not know what or when the admin will do something about this but I felt the need to clarify to everyone so there is an understanding of the situation.

Final word. I advise that no one spend the 5 gold yet and that everyone expect the admin to correct this. However do not expect Singapore to be first as some other nations also have this problem, including eUSA who currently have 167 Congress members. lulz, I suspect Shenanigans due to this in eUSA but I hope that eSingapore citizens are mature enough to respect the error and not to take advantage of such problems this way we can all come out of this in the end safe and not banned by admins.
