ORDERS
Despite my efforts, the Home Guard orders are still chaotic often. We prepared a very simple system: Orders are to be given in a central orders thread. There, every Commander gets "their" orders from this thread, and transmits them to their people, including the Commander of the Home Guard, who does this in the newspaper and header of the forum.
But the President prefers to try to find somebody to tell him the orders, and if he does not find anybody, is frustrated and sends messages. Instead of simply writing the orders in the thread and forgetting the rest: There are 5 people checking this thread only in the name of the Home Guard, and all Commanders and their adjutants should be checking it by now too. It is "the" place to give orders, and this system was approved by 4epT.
I tried to explain him many times, but - no way . He considers apparently under his dignity to give the orders in the orders thread. The results is that the Home Guard and the Army get sometimes contradictorious orders. As I write this, the Home Guard has in the newspaper, the order to hold fire or attack in Kentucky. That is: "Only attack in Kentucky if you cannot log in later in the day". But the forum header says "attack in Kentucky", that is, do it now, no matter if you can log in later or not.
I made a last try to explain Parter that he must give the orders in the orders thread. My translators helped me to give a long and clear explanation. But... I have renounced from the Home Guard, letting a good man behind (Detech), somebody I found and who was this week already there, working good. I remain in the Ministry as Senior of the Counsil, of course!
I am just fed up of trying to make people understand things that they do not want to understand.
SHAOLIN. PYONGAN - UPD 1
Sometimes there is a "hot subject" in eRussian politics, and you see that I say nothing about it. The reasons is that I want to be really, really sure before I tell you something. I do not need to have an opinion about everything, and when I really don't know, it is better if I shut up.
So, for example, the Shaolin movement. It has his advantages and disadvantages.
Today we had the Pyongan liberation war, which belonged to the Shaolin plans. I became the pleas from Shaolin to help them.
My answer was: "I cannot do this, I am in the Army".
When you are in the Army, you follow orders. You fight exactly where and when your commanders and superiors say. If your Commander has no orders, then you follow the orders from the Ministry and / or the President.
And when you are in the Home Guard, you better follow the orders for the Home Guard, set in the newspaper and the main forum's header.
And that's it. We are not a band of barbarians.
My surprise was big as I saw prokey (BTW fighting green, but ok), De La Voro Gngsterito, Romool, and heard of Boris A and other Elite fighting in North Korea.
I checked the orders thread for the Army, as they are all members of the eRussian Army, Elite units. The orders were directly from the President: Attack... and a region elsewere. Not even "hold fire or...". They were "attack". Elsewhere. Not in North Korea.
So, there are three possibilities:
(a) The President gave these units or people, orders to attack in North Korea, and again did not reflect this in the orders thread. Well, this is bad, but of course he has the right to do this if he wants.
(b) 4epT, disobeying the orders of the President, gave these people orders to attack in North Korea. In this case, 4epT did not reflect this in the orders thread, which is bad as I said, and also has made use of his privileges as Minister of Defense. Of course the President can punish him for this, and he should, if this is the case.
(c) Romool, prokey, Boris A, Izvrat, De La Voro Gngsterito, etc... disobeyed the orders from the Ministry and fought in North Korea. In this case, of course, they deserve a military court and/or being directly punished, severely, for such disobedience. Some possible punishments are to lose the salaries for a while, to be degraded, and / or to be expelled from the Army.
UPD 5: After asking 4epT, the situation is clear - they all disobeyed the orders.
The measures against the disobedience have been published. Elite and HabraReactions who fought in Korea will be fined. All who move to Korea are no longer in the Army. And the Commanders will have to sign up a message saying that they understand that soldiers must obey orders.
I completely support all this measures and I am very glad that the Minister took the matter seriously.

Моредан, мне кажется, что тема "народ нарушил приказ, устав и т.д. и воевал в Корее" - уже была осуждена многими жителями еРоссии.
Но подобный подход к игре, в условиях когда у нас нет активных битв (США я не считаю, эту агонию уже не спасти), ломает людям возможность фана...
вот когда будут реально важные битвы, а народ будет биться в "страна х" для получения фана - вот тогда это преступление и люди нарушили приказ.

You forget, that they are paid salaries from our taxes, from our own pockets, you know. Why should I give money from my pocket to the people who take part in risky ventures, instead of following exact orders and doing their job? Why should I pay from my pocket for their fun?

Farkop: 200 and 300 RUB every week, that they became for following orders. If they want to fight for fun and do what they want it is COMPLETELY OK - but OUTSIDE THE ARMY.

Moredan, today, I "forgot" to fight again. I checked orders (from newspaper) every 15 min and it was "hold on the fire or attack K".
To my mind it was clear, that an important battle will be started at the end of the day (and i don't wanna waste any dmg in training fights with eUSa). I held the fire, but did not see a new battle. And it happened several times!
Next time I won't keep my dmg for the end of the eRep day. Silly orders from day to day. I'm not the robot to w8 till T-10 at the end of each day and then get fucked by our MoD.

Everything us fucked up with our battle orders. They do not want to improve it, don't wanna listen to suggestions. I'm tired of this stupidity and our government.

If you are in the Home Guard, I recommend that you check the newspaper and the forum, and choose the orders that you like better, in such stupid situations.
If you are in the Army, I recommend thay you obey the orders in the central orders thread. Simply that.
You are right, but we soldiers must accept that sometimes our superiors give bad orders, and follow them anyway.
OF COURSE we can still protest. And this is what we are doing, you and me.

I dont know about the others, but I never really had any salary for being in the army and committing my time. It was just "receive orders -> receive weapons -> fight", rinse and repeat.
This particular battle I fought with my own money, can you blame me for that?
Yes of course I did disobey the orders to fight in some alreadylostbattleinusofa, but keep in mind that we dont get any supply for those. Sue me for not putting my lousy 400 damage fighting with my bare hands in US of A battle.
If only I had some more money... eh
MoredanKantose, no I'm not in the army, but actually almost always fight in similar battle with the same T-time for them.
P.S. I won't join our official army, cause it has stupid leaders, who give silly and outdated orders.

To my mind, u disobeyed the rules, but fighting in a training wars in eUSA - its just a waste of dmg. And in Pyongan u had a chance to change the battle result.

@prokey: You are a member of the 3rd Elite brigade and as such you should be recieving salary and battle support. But no matter if you do or not, your obligation is to obey orders. You disobeyed and you should be punished for this.
@4epT: I was not wrong because I only said that this was ONE of the three possibilities. Sometimes you have severe problems understanding English. The real situation was apprently (c).

True. And don`t forget there was no inquiry neither in parliament, nor to the president about territory allocation for creation of the "Monastery". RW - no more than someone's stupid initiative which has been not approved by anybody in eRussia. And supporting of this adventure by some fighters from army, counter to all official orders, looking weird.
I think we have president and parliament who should decide destiny of the conquered territories, not someone who want to create something and not informed anybody about own desire (not to mention attempt to achieve the permission and approval). For me this revolt differed nothing from similar lifted earlier by Eden/Fortis spies.

The President did not veto the initiative. Nor did he support it. In my opinion, hence, civilians righting there red or green can be right or wrong, but they deserve no punishment.
Military, by the other side, was disobeying orders. But now the matter is settled (UPD 5), so I hope this does not happen again.
